Overall, I love the Roman shades I ordered. I used the easy measuring tool provided on the website and put multiple measurements in for each window. All blinds fit perfectly except for one. I ordered the no drill blinds. I didn't realize that the online measuring tool provided takes all measurements and then uses the shortest one. This doesn't work if the top of the window is wider, so now my no drill blind is too short.
Lovely, bright and functional. So happy with our solar shades. Elevated our kitchen space and lowered our need to cool things off. Thanks Select Blinds!

Blinds were delivered quickly and on time, and were as advertised. Measurements were spot on, and installation was fairly quick and easy once I figured out the diagrams (a bit more written instruction would have been helpful, but a minor beef considering all the positives. Oh, and the price was right!

Ordering my blind roller went smooth. I recieved my order in a timely manner. Quality or materials seem great. Installation is a simple process. One thing i wish I had more tension on my rolling back up. I turned my tension point as instructed and I do get a little more rool up but would like a bit more. Other than that product is great and I will reorder in future.

We got some black out shades for our nursery and bedroom and they are awesome! The rooms get real dark and our sleep has improved. These are well made and high recommended!
I ordered have top down bottom up shades for my bedroom and when they arrived they looked great! The bottom up feature worked well. But when i pull the top down it got stuck half way and never went back up again. This was a bummer but I contacted customer service with a video. They acknowledged it was faulty and sent a new one which was great. Except that the exact same thing happened to the replacements. It's a fault product and I paid $100 for 2 broken shades I don't know what to do with and don't have a shade. I don't trust getting a third and I don't know what to do.

I had one of the three blinds I ordered was defective and I went on line to take care of issue. Was very quick process uploaded photo and replacement was sent. Very thankful was very easy. Thank you again
The order took 6 weeks to get here and i had to call 5 times or more to figure out where it was. In the end you had some completely wrong phone number and no one was much help until the last time i called. Then all they did was give me a phone number to call. I had to find out myself where it was. I will not order from you again

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
