After receiving a wood blind that didn't hang level a remake was shipped quickly and it was creating correctly.

We ordered a blackout roller shade for our door wall and it arrived very quickly. Upon arrival we discovered a mark and an imperfection in the shade. I contacted Daisy at Select Blinds, sent photos and we were told they would make a replacement shade. The replacement also arrived quickly and is perfect!
My shade arrived in good shape, was easy to install, and gave me the sun block I was craving!
The right clg template was off by 1" to the left. Result was bent three blade ends trying to unhook left end so I could move bracket 1" to the right. Installed ok. The wand was very stiff and hard to turn.added wd40. Turns better.

We put up our blinds then noticed that the faux wood we selected was wrong.
Everyone was so helpful snd knowledgeable, from answering the phone, knowing all about my order, the person helping me measure snd install the blinds. Couldn't have been easier. You should have no doubts about ordering.
BOGO sale was silly to not let me add a $27 blind set to my order. It was trying to make me pay 100s more. Then, when my selected luxury blinds arrived, it had me placed three brackets without any type of guide to be able to measure that appropriately to the ceiling and to this day my blind is still not fully attached, but I just have it kind of hanging on one side because I can't install it appropriately
