Segpay Opening Page

I used PayPal to pay for a subscription, but instead got a SEGPAY screen that said it was obsolete and that I should refresh it. No buttons, no instructions. As this was the second time I'd experienced this and been advised to clear browser caches, I did so. No joy, so I cleared all browser options again and managed to log in. Deep Joy!

Menatplay does not function on my three computers (2 Mac - one desktop and one laptop) and on my Android Tablet. It was suggested that "We recommend clearing your web browser's cache to ensure the latest version of our website loads correctly." I did this on the three computers and with three operating systems Safari, Chrome and Firefox. There was no discernible improvement and I still cannot access the site satisfactorily. I wrote and said so and asked for a refund if they could not solve the problem. I have not had a response other than this customer survey.

I was hoping that my charge would have been cancelled immediately but it seems that only all future charges have been cancelled.

This is okay but there was no explanation or apology that my original request was not able to be fulfilled.

A simple problem of a non-USA person not being able to use your site unlike last time as shown by offering every country under the sun but only 1 currency of $.

Their pernding to be an international option while in reality they only work in the states.
