All went smooth. I had my account wrongly charge for a service I didn't - caused by the browser I was using, not by the Segpay service, and they promptly addressed it successfully. It was my first time using it, but I found it reliable.
I asked for a refund as my subscription had already been canceled and continued to be debited from my account,
I received an answer from a Jerome. He doesn't seem very smart to me and only told me that the subscription is active and nothing more. Makes the impression of being quite $#*!ed.

My Cam4 membership was cancelled with no notice because of a denied payment from my bank The unfortunate situation is that the automatic renewal came due the same day I lost my credit card and put it on hold incase someone tried to use it. This hold was only in effect for less than 30 hours as someone returned my wallet. What I think you SHOULD do in these situations is send a message saying that a payment was missed. I would have paid it then or asked you to resubmit the charges and all would have been fine but NO, and NOW because I contacted cam4 and complained to them, I have been permanently banned from their sight because of this 1 day credit card situation. I am NOT happy. I did not even get to set up a new account and the policy that you can not reopen an account once it is closed it ridiculous. ALL of this could have been prevented had you sent an email regarding the missed payment. You were able to send me an email AFTER the fact informing me of my suspended account but NOT an email allowing me to make right the payment problem.
Worst experience ever charge for stuff you didn't want then tell you it's not there responsibility to refund your money you need to contact other companies but they are the ones that takes your money
I asked for a multiple charge inquiries but only one was resolved. I had 3 in question charges. Reps only responded back to first charge and haven't heard back for the other 2 yet.

I have never been able to log onto spyfam.com. Last email I got from you told me I would have access until the last payment runs out. When I log on it tells me I need to reactivate my acct which last time just charged me more.

Wanted to cancel subscription and this was done speedily with no problems, also they found a subscription I didn't realise existed so also sorted that out for me.
