I have never been able to log onto spyfam.com. Last email I got from you told me I would have access until the last payment runs out. When I log on it tells me I need to reactivate my acct which last time just charged me more.

It is VERY disconcerting that your Representatives have literally no idea how or why they are charging the amount they are.
