No Help at all

I canceled a subscription, 'Girlsway', in Time and got a confirmation from Segpay. Regardless, I was debit next time.
I told it Segpay. Simple Auswertung "this is true, but we can't Do anything. Please tell 'Girlsway' "
So the only help was: "we can't help"

Used Segway thru a website for a live feed purchase. PayPal as payment method. Was charged twice for the same transaction and PayPal activity shows two transactions. Segpay denied I was charged twice. Had to go back through PayPal to submit a case.

Failed to do as asked

I contacted asking about an unknown charge, I was told what the charge was for. That part was fine. I then requested that the subscription was cancelled, I received no answer and I was recently charged again. I was also told that a refund was being/had been processed and I haven't received that either.

Very desapointed! I offered to stay with you through a site by getting a discount that I would get with epoch.com and you guys are not offering anything! This is rediculous. I guess I will only deal only with epoch in the futur.

Helpful thanks. I didn't know what a charge was on my paypal. Turns out it was a subscription my husband had signed up for and we are no longer together. They helped cancel it.

No one can tell me how to restore my account. I used PayPal and they keep declining my payments. They needed a copy of my ID and cc#. I sent them my ID but I didn't use a CC, I used PayPal. So I don't know what else to do. This is ridiculous.

They got to me quickly on the phone and verified my payment details after I discovered a payment on PayPal and had no idea what it was. It turned out to be my mistake.
