I was charged for my subscription after cancellation. I emailed customer service and I just get emailed back saying that your subscription was canceled and you will no longer be charged. But what about the charge I got after cancellation. I want a refund

SEGPAY IS A SCAM

Cancelled my service 5 months ago! Was charged those 5 months where cancellation was to take place, again, requested caneclatikk on, and again charged after they said after the 6th time subscription was cancelled. Total fraud SEG PAY is a horrible business and handles each request with Ai where there is no personalization when somebody Sats CANCEL

J'ai demandé que l'abonnement cesse immédiatement aussitôt le produit reçu. Cet achat ne correspondait aucunement à mes attentes.et des problèmes techniques nuisaient à son utilisation.
L'abonnement ne prendra fin que dans 3 mois et les frais d'abonnement ont été chargés en entier.

Autopay is Horrible

I constantly have issues with the autorenewal. It should not be as difficult as it is with this platform. It should be the click of a single button like every other unsubscribe or stop autopay option.

Quick and direct support

Never had any issues. Received an email for an expected renewal that I no longer needed. Sent an email on New Year's Eve, late at night about wanting to cancel membership and renewal and received a confirmation of cancelation and no more expected payments by email early New Year's Day.
Quick and easy, even on a holiday.

Extremely Unhappy

I tried to cancel on the 8th of December and heard nothing back and had to contact the bank to block yourselves from taking further payments for you only to use a different avenue and send me a cancellation on the 23rd of December. Once I had realised the money had been taken I contacted my bank providers and yourselves I received 3 cancellation emails yesterday and 1 today. Now this has spilled over into 2026 in extremely unhappy about this. I've discussed with my wife and the bank the nature of this transaction for adult content and have nothing to hide in any regard. This matter is appalling because if I had been contacted and received the cancellation promptly nearly a month ago I would not have been charged, nor had to contact my banking providers nor would I have had to disclose information to my spouse or bank providers. I shall be claiming the money back as I have copy's of every email sent and received. I would like to know what will be done about this and will send this exact write up and experience to yourselves via email shortly.
