I emailed 2 times because i kept getting billed. I asked in both emails for anything in my name to be cancelled. Both times i was told i had no active subscription and the. Ingot billed 2 more times. Only to find out i had 2 auto pay subscription after you got my money. No refund was issued for either of $39'.95 charges i was told originally i didnt have.

I had a subscription I did not remember I had, I asked Segpay to assist in cancelling it and they responded quickly, informed me about the subs and cancelled it as I had asked. Thank you
Never received cashout and was told a new account had to be made to transfer funds to instead of simply sending them to me.

There were transactions made from my card to Segway on September 21st and 27th then October 3rd and 7th I did not approve of. Someone hacked my account and used a dirty site and I need refunded still thank you. It was quite a bit of money as well!

I never received help. All I needed was help getting my payment to process. I got asked the same info several times and referred to everyone else for help. I literally had to wait until my subscription was over, cancel everything and then repurchase it. The problem just wasn't that difficult. If I had a choice to use any other payment processor I would!
