I've sent segpay multiple emails asking them to refund my recent deduction for the feetfinder membership I've canceled and they've sent me feedback/review emails but there's still no reflection of money in my account.

Won't stop billing PayPal

They have all the necessary information to process the billing correctly, but whenever I call to cancel, they request details about the account. They insist that without the billing number, ticket number, and email (which they already have), they cannot proceed with the cancellation.

Fraudulent charges

I signed up for membership and was immediately hit with fraudulent charges on my bank account. I've had to shut down my bank card and dispute all the charges. I also reached out to the merchant and they didn't help, I had no email or way of knowing my account information because it was never sent, so they couldn't find my account information.

I had an issue where i got charge for some other sites I did not access through 3rd party but the staff did not hesitate to help me and make sure I was refunded, I had to go back and fourth a couple times but eventually got my refund, I rate their customer service 5 star due the the or reply time and outstanding help

Wish to end the abo

It was very hard to find, where it is possible to finish the payments. You have to scroll down and find the right place, where to click and to follow the advices. At the place, where I would expect these menu (upper right corner) it is not possible to click anything...
The next things is, that the segpay live agent was not responding to my questions. I did write several times, but there was no response (at least not within a minute or so).
When I frustrated stopped my efforts and opened my email programm, I found 2 emails as a resonse to my questions. These emails did solve my problems, so in the end it was fine...
