I always find a ticket to concerts or sporting events for last minute plans at a reasonable price. So convenient.
Couldn't be easier to use. It's simple to find the event, location, and date. But the best part is it shows you where the seats are and rates how good of a deal it is. I love it!
When searching would be nice if you guys add at once the price of delivery fee. Is disturbing to look for the ticket find out a deal bit later price spike up due to delivery fee. Not funny at all
Always easy to use their web sight. Like the fact that there is no hidden fees! Have never been disappointed.
SeatGeek's search engine does not take into account where you are currently located when searching for tickets. Almost got incorrect tickets for Justin Timberlake a few months ago. We're in Detroit but it suggested the Cleveland show first. Now this time I was getting tickets to a Tigers game against the Twins in Detroit but it suggested the weekend after when they are in Minnesota even though I'm 40 minutes from Detroit. I realized my mistake literally seconds after hitting the purchase button but they have no cancellation policy and instead must make me sell those tickets at a loss plus have them take a fee out of it. I get why the policy is in place but I should have at least 3 minutes to be able to cancel the order.
I always use seat geek when getting MLB tickets, so easy and quick. I like being able to easily pick my seats and see the different prices.
Everything is good except paying fees for e-mailed tickets. There is little overhead involved. Otherwise, the service is very user friendly.
Did you know that it costs more money to send me a digital ticket for a nice seat than for a seat three rows back? Does that make sense? Of course not. Why do service fees increase with the price of a ticket? Because seat geek is a stain on society.
I ordered a single ticket for a very hot show on Broadway. I had other options for purchasing the ticket, but I chose SeatGeek. BIG MISTAKE. Three days later (yeah, not the next day, but three days later...) they call me to let me know that the seat I ordered had been purchased by someone else and it was unavailable. The ticket I ordered was to cost $224. They let me know that the only other options they had available were $700+. Had they contacted me right away, perhaps I could have found another option, but the show was completely sold out the rest of the time I was in New York, so I was out of luck. You're telling me your computer didn't know INSTANTLY as I placed my order that the tickets were purchased by someone else? Terrible service and obviously mismanaged.
Obviously my fault but still mad. Had to buy tickets twice. Why do I have to type 100 characters. How is this not 100 characters
The process of finding and choosing a row is fine. I would prefer to choose seats also. The payment process was cumbersome. I had to re-enter the (same) information three times before the site would take it. I was pleased to be able to get tickets, but I found out later that stubhub has better fee structure.
This is the place to buy tickets! Hands down the best PLACE! I've used other sites to purchase tickets and have had the run around, on either getting my tickets or applying any coupons I've been given. Not a single problem ever with these guys!
Good tickets available will use the tickets soon. I have referred several family and friends. I appreciate the incentives and I will continue to check for future events.
Nice and easy way to purchase... will give additional feedback once inside the venue. Last experience was great.
Great Experience purchasing tickets from Seat Geek. Price was really good, just like the rating system showed. Only giving a four star due to having to purchase 6 tickets when I only needed 5. No area where I could select just 5. Regardless of that, we had a Great Time at a San Francisco Giants game. And yes they won!
I like the fees are included in the ticket price, and the rating on the resale value is very helpful.
Answer: Shana is correct, Seat Geek takes no responsibility for tickets and have no customer service and will not return calls if things do not work out Stub Hub is much better
Answer: Hi Beth, Welcome to SeatGeek! In order to maintain our marketplace we do have fees, but we'll always show you a thorough price breakdown of your order before you can checkout. Plus, we've got options so you can actually search for tickets and see the fees included in the price from the get-go. Simply use the filter "Prices with fees" when searching for listings. You can read more about that here: https://support.seatgeek.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036685293 I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions-- Best wishes, SeatGeek CX Team
