I purchased 2 different orders of the highest rated tickets SeatGeek rated only to receive an email the next day from the seller notifying me that they couldn't fulfill my orders. When I called the seller (not SeatGeek, despite purchasing it through their platform) they told me that their supplier had already sold the tickets, or simply chose not to fill the order.
Extremely poor user experience - I'll stick to stubhub.
It was easy to make a purchase and the site was easy to use. Overall, I would recommend this site to my friends and family to purchase and sell tickets.
I am not very good at online anything, in fact, I rarely buy anything, on my own, on line. This company and their web site and app are stupid proof. I think I've made four purchases in the last couple of months. When I buy tickets I always buy more expensive closer to the stage seats. I go to the site, get to my concert or show, and then I look for the best rated deal. The site rates the deal based on the amount being charged and where the seat is located. They also show the best deal on a seating chart. The greener the dot on the chart, the better the deal. The red, orange and yellow dots are not such great deals. I look for the closest seat to the stage that has a very green dot on and if the deal percentage is a 9 out of 10,10 being the best, that's where I will sit. Last night my deal percentage was 9.7. This was a great deal and I did it myself. I even forwarded the electronic ticket to my wife. It Couldn't Have Been Easier. I'll be back.
I have found that SeatGeek has had better options for larger ticket purchases for the baseball games I have attended in the past year. Usually 1-2 ticket selections and price have been consistent across brands but 3+ I have had way more options on SeatGeek.
Solid experience. The seller sent the tickets in a strange way, so I can't even get them on the seatgeek app, which would be 1000x easier.
The views from the sections on your website are NOT HELPFUL! It requires a guess as to whether or not the seats you are buying are obstructed view. I was lucky- mine were not.
It was very easy to find the right tickets and for the right price. Seat Geek always provides the best value!
I've been using Seatgeek for a while now and I don't think I'll ever use another site for tickets again. Very easy interface. Decently priced tickets and rating system. My favorite part is probably being able to see the whole price without the hidden fees.
Pretty easy to order online on computer but didn't realize one must have the APP to download tickets AND that tickets could not be printed. Only the OCR/barcode is acceptable.
Ive used this app a few times for Angels tickets. One time I couldnt make the game and it was easy to give them to my friend - all through the app

I generally love the set up and interface but while I was trying to buy tix in real time for an event, a completely new pop up window opened with much lower prices - I jumped on this opportunity only to find that I had purchased tix for another event that I already purchased tickets for. I want a refund to help me get over this highly frustrating experience.

Experience was great and received prompt email and tickets shortly after payment. I have since done another transaction, fees seem fair compared to other outlets.
In an email it stated I would get another email from Ticketmaster with a link to accept my tickets... I never received that email.

We got up to our where the seats were and they had the section blocked off. Didnt have any extra tickets for us. So we had to stand the entire time.
