Other than the transfer fees and not having every event, SeatGeek is pretty damned nice. Buying or selling tickets is a piece of cake using the app.
My friend Angela told me about seatgeek after I complained about the other sites. So easy to use. I've used it for dodger stadium, Hollywood bowl, staples center and the rose bowl. Very interactive site and killer prices.

Easily found good seats at a good price. Even sold extra tickets easily.
An improvement would be a refund option if someone has bought the tickets and no longer needs them within a certain time frame. The original posting should just go back up. It is possible that someone could be stuck with extra tickets and lose money. Otherwise a good experience.

So quick and easy to purchase tickets. Easy to navigate and look for best seats. Seat geek has a feature that shows best value and is very helpful.

Our seats were in the sun for only a little bit. Great view of the field, scoreboards, and FIREWORKS show! Not crowded in our area. Amazing price! Plus, The Padres WON!

This one of the better sites. I think it can use more filters. Such as being able to apply a filter that separates levels of the stadium to use along with the price and deal score filters.
I went to have my ticket scanned and I was told the ticket had already been used. Very dissatisfied and will never order here again.
Last minute decision to watch the Pirates (my favorite team) take on the Twins (my friends favorite team). Since it was just the two of us attending this game we decided to get the best available seats and we were not disappointed. The seats were right of the first base line so we were able to see everything with no trouble.

Thanks so much for providing us with this feedback; we're really sorry to hear that you feel like you weren't getting help from us on this! I looked into your order, and I think I can explain everything for you.
The venue at which this event takes place exclusively uses a paperless ticketing system provided by Ticketmaster. All events at this venue require a Ticketmaster account to gain entry and what you have received are transfer invitations sent to your email address.
When you claim your tickets and create a TM account, you will associate a mobile device with the account. You can then simply scan the code from the mobile application to gain entry. This will be the method used by just about everyone at this event to get in.
Mobile transfers are one of the most secure forms of ticketing. It is also very convenient, because you just have to scan a QR code from your phone. No printing needed!
As you mentioned, since it sounds like you've got friends coming to this game with you and you want to get these tickets to them; it's easy! Just transfer their tickets over to them on the same TM platform where you can view your tickets-- the same way they were transferred over to you. All you need is their email address.
