It was very easy to find, track, and purchase good tickets. Very good experience and will use again.
We were able to get great seats for a relatively low cost. The transaction was fast and easy. I had no issues getting and using the tickets.
We bought four tickets to a soccer game. They were being transferred from Ticketmaster. Then we had to sign up for the soccer teams site. I did all this twice and it would not ever go any further to show the tickets with barcodes. We ended up having to go to ticket window and wait for them to investigate then print tickets for us. A man next to us was having the issue. We buy tickets for numerous sporting events and concerts. Some first hand some from resellers. Never have we had this kind of problem. It was very frustrating!

The app makes it easy to buy which is great. However the cost of the fees is absolutely ridiculous and makes me not want to buy tickets on sites like these.The fee charges cost almost the same as a ticket!

Due to the hurricane, homes were evacuated, flooding was occurring, highways were closed. The concert was postponed to a later date (4 days after the original date), and these issues were still taking place due to Hurricane Florence. I had spoken with seat geek customer service atleast 20 times in the few days leading up to the concert and they were all unwilling to refund my tickets, due to a 3rd party agreement. Seat geek does not offer insurance on tickets nor refunds for any tickets unless 1) the event gets cancelled 2) the original seller agrees to refund. I feel as though seat geek is ultimately responsible for making this call, after all their name is what appears on my credit card bill and they refuse to give seller information. I was out $526 due to a Natural Disaster. I attempted to resell these tickets at a lower cost through their website, but with people still being displaced, no offers were given. I will NEVER use Seat Geek ever again or refer them for the many concerts I do go to.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us this feedback. When events are postponed or rescheduled--especially due to weather, as in the case with Hurricane Florence-- the original tickets are most often good for the new date, too. If the box office at the venue isn’t offering refunds, though, SeatGeek and our vendors won’t be able to refund your tickets either. Sometimes, too, if the seller has bought their tickets in bulk, they aren't able to claim refunds on some tickets in their order (folks who don't want to attend the rescheduled game) and keep others (folks who do want to attend), so they have no choice but to keep all the valid tickets, and cannot offer refunds for a postponed game.
As it sounds like your conversations with our reps reflected, if you can’t make the reschedule date, your best bet is usually reselling the tickets. We're sorry that this clearly wasn't the option you were looking for, and we know that the extreme weather on the east coast this September really complicated a lot of people's plans. This was definitely an extreme and very rare circumstance that has called into question our terms of service which we do, in almost all cases, really need to stick to. While re-selling is successfully for most of our customers who can't make it to the game for which they'd purchased tickets, we're really sorry that the weather conditions made this more difficult for you. We hope you understand that with the MLB's decisions regarding game play, postponement, and refunds regarding extreme weather events being out of our hands, we really do our best to serve both our customers and our sellers fairly, honestly, and as helpfully as possible.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere in my seats location. And I'm planning on purchasing more tickets in the near future.
Bought tickets for Cowboys Giants game for friends. The tickets would not transfer even after installing the SeatGeek app. Our friends had to go to ticket office to have tickets printed. Long story short it took 45 minutes they missed the whole first quarter.
Buy your tickets from other ticket resale sites.

Technical issues like that are really rare, and we take them super seriously. While of course we're glad that your friends were able to get their tickets from the box office, it's definitely not ideal that they got stuck in a line to get there, and missed part of the game. Our first priority is always to get folks into their event on time and in a good mood, and that it's not okay that this wasn't the case for you and your friends.

The process was easy and was very fast service. Bought several parking passes for friends meeting us at the Dallas Cowboy game. Will use again.
It took me an hour to purchase my ticket. I was not happy. I almost gave up. Finally, it worked. This definitely needs to be looked at so other people don't have the same issue.
What an easy experience getting great seats 20 minutes before kickoff. Secure, legitimate tickets in minutes... would highly recommend.
Easy to navigate seats and recieve tickets electrinically and print if needed. Great notifications and confirmations.
Please do not send me junk commercial e-mail advertising your services. I already chose to use your service and was satisfied w/ my transaction. Your company's IMMEDIATE commercial e-mailing was intrusive and un-called for. I always un-check the boxes one should not have to un-check in the first place. You still sent me commercial e-mails.

It's super rare that tickets purchased from SeatGeek don't work, and we obviously take it very seriously when that's the case! We looked into the order number you referenced, and see that some of our agents were able to work with you, and refund this order at 120% of the purchase price. Whenever we can, if we hear from folks at the event, we do our best to source replacement tickets when something like this (rarely) occurs, but failing that, we definitely refund the order at 120%.
