I LOVE seeing live shows, especially up close. I have ALWAYS found just the right seats, at just the right price, on SeatGeek! So many times, I've gone to the "other" sites, only to find seats so far back or none at all. So, SeatGeek has been my savior when I can't get online at that Very moment tickets go onsale. Just wish it was in Canadian pricing. It's all in American even if you're buying from someone in Canada it's all American prices.
Didn't like that tickets had to be printed. It was very inconvenient. Using a mobile ticket would be much better.

I have not received my tickets and it's the day of the concert. I have written to them and I was told they will be delivered to me. Nothing yet. I can't believe it.

I buy 2 tickets to LA vs SF on 9/30. I get a call from Seatgeek explaining that my tickets were no longer available. Would I want them to find me other tickets or do I want a full refund plus 20% added to my PayPal acct. They explained that the PayPal account would be refunded in 7 to 10 working days and the seat geek refund would be 3 to 5 working days. I recieved the PayPal refund in 4 days. No refund on my seatgeek. I call for an explanation. I am told that they processed the refund but that my bank returned the money. They never notify me nor do they process the refund again they said their refund was returned to their account. Then they say it will take another three to five working days for me to get my money. So I will just sit here and wait. Guess I will just have to call my bank to get my money back
I purchased tickets from SeatGeek and the event date was changed. While I was unable to get a refund through SeatGeek they encouraged me to sell these tickets on StubHub. I was able to sell them! But since the venue would not release the tickets until day off, I not only lost the sale but had to pay StubHub a 40% fee of my sales price. Ultimately, I spent hundreds of dollars on tickets that I can't use or sell. I will never use them again and am posting this on every review site and social media site possible.
Very frustrated I can't get my tickets through you, I was told I had them sent to Ticketmaster but never received an email from them and can't get on the Ticketmaster website because it seems to be blocked in Vietnam where I live. Will not use seat geek again
I attempted three times to purchase tickets to the baseball game, each time I received an email saying the tickets were no-longer available. After I had purchased the tickets. Yes the money was returned. But failing to buy three tickets three times in the same day for the same game seems very odd to me.
Easy to purchase and add to my apple wallet on my phone. Tickets were cheap and I was able to purchase in seconds
