I really like seat geek and have been getting the best prices and the seat views are all great. The problem is that there are no details anywhere about what the event is. Thought I was booking a concert but it is a book tour. Obviously my bad for not doing due diligence but I guess I started trusting too much because of all the other positive experiences I've had with seat geek.
I understand fees are apart of the business and how business make profit, but when researching ticket costs I think fees should be posted clearly or added in already. Other than that, great app, super easy!

Sucks there's no insurance on these tickets. I got sick and spent 230 on these tickets and couldn't make it

It would be nice to be able to pick the seats. When buying tickets you are just give the row and a number. If we were able to see the seats we could have a better option and choices.

They never sent the original confirm email but debited my card I sent an email after I purchased them again and finally recd an email with two tickets... still awaiting a reply

Simplest and easiest process ever. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is the process to print my tickets had to be straight off my phone. I'd have preferred to have been able to download a PDF of the tickets and print from my computer.

Prices displayed showed all of the fees. You can even see the view from your seats in the pictures associated with the seats

Thanks so much for the feedback, here. We totally understand the frustration of not being able to attend an event you're excited for, and we're really sorry to hear you were unable to make it! Unfortunately, since we're a platform on the secondary ticket market (comprised both of professional sellers, and folks like you who cannot make their events, and are reselling their tickets to recoup the cost), we do have an all-sales-final policy that, in order to be fair to our sellers, in most cases we do have to adhere to-- with the exception, of course, of when the event itself is canceled.
When folks aren't able to attend the game or show they bought tickets for, we always suggest reselling tickets in the SeatGeek Marketplace.
