Stubhub charges a ridiculous service fees to buy and sell PDFs. It's also difficult to do if you tranfser tickets. Oh and if you buy on Stubhub and it's a mobile ticket you have to sell on Stubhub... So double the ridiculous fees. Seatgeek, please crush Stubhub. You're easier to use and it doesn't feel like a rip-off. They take advantage of being a "leader" in the space.

I was not sent digital download even though I ordered from my phone. Had to go to the box office. To top it off, we missed the first 3 goals of the game! Happened like that. It by far, the worst experience I've ever had with seat geek and I think I will be moving back to Stub Hub or see what this Gametime is all about. Sorry.
Process was not smooth, tried several times to buy tickets together, confirmation was declined several times. Eventually bought 1 and 4 tickets separately.

I have never had a problem with the tickets I have purchased through Seat Geek. I have bought Broadway tickets in NYC twice among other things and they have always been good. I have gotten good deals on these tickets as well.
Seat I was sold had a very obstructed view with no disclosure from SeatGeek. Could see less than half of the court at best to none of the court at times. Horrible experience.

I needed one more ticket to WS for my son and found one on the day of the game. But when I purchased it, I waited for an hour without confirmation. Then was told that the ticket was no longer available at that price and had to pay $50 more. Same thing happened with the parking lot ticket. It jumped from $98.50 to over $125. I had to pay twice for the parking and did not get a reimbursement for the $98.50.
Constant rebooking and ups updates caused me to miss a day of work. This is so brutal. Then having to waste my time tracking delivery all day followed by inaccurate times by ups. My package was scheduled to be delivered Monday now it's end of day Tuesday or possibly Wednesday. Brutal
Sellers fees/buyers fees a bit excessive for higher priced tickets but it's great otherwise. Easy to access your e-tickets and get scanned in the venue. Everything is streamlined and easy to use.
