I've used Seat Geek 5 times now for tickets to the Buffalo Sabres hockey games. Each time has been flawless! I receive the tickets exactly as it states. Either right away if the game is soon or when they will be released as noted in the listing. Never an issue what so ever. They are my "go to" for tickets. Reasonably priced fees included up front so the amount in my cart is the amount. No hidden fees.

SeatGeek made it very simple for me to purchase the tickets that I was looking for. Took me about 15 minutes for the entire process.

The best part of this app by far is the search function, allowing me to see what bands are coming to town without subscribing / making account / whatever on every 80's band website. And while the convienance fee isn't always a fresh breath of air I have no reason to believe it's significantly worse than any other price. On top of the fact that you can find some REALLY good deals here.

I use seat geek when there's a show I want to see but not sure if I can make it happen. If it works out I go to seat geek the day before to explore my options. I usually get great seats st a great price.

Really didn't like going through all the hoops to try to get my tickets. I've used you 3 times now and it been 3 different experiences. The last was the worst. Just let me use one account with one app to use my tickets.

SeatGeek is incredibly fast and easy to use. It is a great feature that it provides you with a virtual view of the field from your seats when you click on them. The purchasing process takes only seconds and I had not problem getting into the game using the tickets on the app on my phone.

When I went to retrieve the tickets the message said no internet... this was frustrating. I should have been directed to go to settings
