Found fees for purchasing tickets high. No other problems with my experience during the purchase of these tickets. Was able to print tickets with no problem.
My first time using Seat Geek. I didn't realize there were 2 type of tickets, box office and resale. The first group of tickets I bought I got to picked the seats (I found out these were box office seats). I attempted to buy the corresponding seats in the row in front so our large party were all seated in the same county... well you can't select seats on resale tickets, 'they' just state all the seats will be together. Long story short, the second purchase put half our party on the opposite end of the row. I sent an email complaint and Alex came back with a solution that got us all in the same row, but together at least, and took back the resell seats. Smart Customer Service practice. Gained a customer for Seat Geek!
The seats showed up on the venue map as being in Section C. They were in section C only in the Second Balcony. My guess is the seller did not know how to describe the seats correctly. Seats were fine for my first trip to the second level. It was a last minute decision to go so it all worked out.
The process was very smooth and easy. Everything was to me within a half hour and that's great. The emails you receive after you make the purchase to tell you that your tickets are on their way is very helpful.
The review I gave is based on trying to buy a single ticket in a lower section that was listed for sale and then it turned out to be unavailable.

Seatgeek says tickets sent to ticket master. Ticket master says tickets sent to mlb.com. mlb.com says I have no tickets.

The app is very easy to use. Picked up last minute tickets for a recent game and had them with just a few short minutes.
I bought a ticket on a whim and got a great deal. It couldn't have been simpler, honestly. I paid $42 total including service fees for a single ticket in section 215 at MSG. Thought I should make it to MSG before prices skyrocket
SeatGeek is incredibly cheap, they send codes to save money and it's user friendly and overall it's just an easier experience compared to StubHub tickets appear on your phone immediately and it is just overall a great experience

Super easy process with all the information right at hand including arena and parking maps. Also all of the incidental information needed.
Everything was great including price. Only problem was difficulty printing tickets. Also I don't want to print "100" characters in this comment box because I really don't have that much to say. But you do need to make more user friendly to print the tix. Thanks
Took my teen age daughter to see her favorite band. Bought tickets last minute and got great deal. No printing was awesome. E-tickets on phone super easy
Had a little technical issue printing my tickets so I jumped on the chat and within minutes one of the great customer service representatives emailed a pdf to my personal email.
The seats were good and reasonably priced. Service fees were fair and tickets were easy to print. Better prices for similar seats as other ticket vendors.
As someone who frequently goes to concerts, my favorite app to use is seatgeek. It's so easy and 9 times out of 10 they have the cheapest tickets.
