Great deal for when I have guests coming to town and need premium seat at a good price. Easy to follow instructions.
What could be easier than sitting at your computer and buying MLB tickets for a game thousands of miles away and have a service that rates the purchase as an "awesome" deal. Doesn't get much better than that in my opinion.
I don; t like the way that the site allows navigation, it make the process overly complicated. I buy a lot of tickets to events and this website is one of the harder ones to navigate and get what i want. I should be able to go in choose my seats and check out not this whole find a level on the left get kicked off, go back in find my level on the left pick my seats get kicked out again, and reiterate 4 or 5 times before i can actually buy my tickets. Have bought thru Seat Geek multiple times on different computers, devices and on networks at home, at work and on the go (mobile) and the experience is always the same. Have actually given up a few times and just skipped the event so i don't have to go trhu the frustration.

Easiest to see exact seat location, all inclusive price and value. Other sites do not show exact seat location with all included costs and the value
