I purchased 2 tickets for my wife and I to see Kenny Chesney on 4/18 in Arlington, Tx. Roughly three weeks ago, Kenny publicly stated he was cancelling all of his events for 2020. I have asked for a refund from Seatgeek, and they have repeatedly stated that his concert is merely postponed. That, for that reason, they don't need to, or aren't willing to refund.
Its Coronavirus for heavens sake. People are dying in the streets, but Seatgeek wants to hold onto your money instead of doing the right thing, and automatically refunding.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SEATGEEK.COM
Considering the recent event in America, I would expect a full refund for the $ spent. I will probably not be able to make it to St. Louis on another "make up" date. My only hope is that perhaps MLB and this ticket company come together and make it right. If it was just me, I would have not even bothered getting almost $900 in tickets, but it's for the 12 year boy who still loves baseball.
On 01/24 I ordered 24 tickets for BNP Paribas Open, Indian Wells for 03/21 and 03/22, tournament was canceled 3/08, on 3/09 I contacted SeatGeek an I was promised a refund in 5 to 7 business days.On 03/19 received an email from SeatGeek asking how I want my refund? Were the matter was already settled, or at least I believed so.
Contact them again and been told that my refund will take 90 days now! WOW
Reap off.
Call center is in Philippine and everybody was very nice and polite, but not helpful

Good experience. Admin fees were a bit high to close the deal.
Haven't received my tickets yet. Plus having to use other vendors and download another app make's to much work.

It was easy making a purchase off the SeatGeek app. However, getting the ticket was a challenge, as you had to go through third party websites in order to obtain them. Unfortunately Ticketmaster's website kept going down (that's who the tickets were from). Luckily I was able to finally bring the tickets up on my phone at the gate at the stadium after numerous attempts. Wasn't quite as easy as StubHub.
No issues and the price was decent. Would use seat geek again.
The process was easy all in all, but there was no picture of the arena seating sections on your site. I had to toggle back and forth on a different website to pick the section.
Saved me $40 for 2 seats vs Stubhub in the same exact section and 2 rows better.
I've used seat geek numerous times to purchase tickets and numerous times for the Sounders specifically and this was the most cumbersome and lengthy process to get to my actual tickets. I've always been able to get my tickets immediately in the seat geek app but when I bought tickets Sunday, I had to check my email numerous times to see if the order was processing, accepted, then confirmed, then a couple more before I finally got an email for my tickets. And they weren't able to be sent to the app. I was pretty disappointed in the service this weekend and hope that isn't the new standard for purchasing tickets through seat geek.
Hi there,
Apologies for any confusion with the mobile transfer process! This not the only process to which you can get tickets to games. When you're buying on SeatGeek, kindly click the tickets you're interested in and then scroll down before clicking checkout. If you see 'XFER', then this means they're mobile transfer. However, mobile transfer tickets are becoming more and more the safest way to receive tickets across the board.
I hope this help! Thanks for being a valued customer, and please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
Stay safe!

Good experience, easy to use! Good deals! Although taxes are very expensive!
It was too easy to navigate the site and get to the seats I wanted!
FROM THE PURSCHASE PROCESS ALL THE WAY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! OH AND IF YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN CORPORATE GOOD LUCK. ALL YOU GET IS SOMEONE OFFSHORE THAT DOESN'T KNOW THEIR HEAD FROM THEIR FEET AND CAN'T MAKE A DECISION TO SAVE THEIR LIVES!
If you use SeatGeek then you will do so at your own peril and will be subject to lack of customer service and the selling of tickets using deception. I purchased nearly $5K of tickets for a prime sporting event three months in advance and SeatGeek did not adequately disclose that ticket delivery would be game day pickup only. Their position was that at an unknown point of time, an unknown seller, will contact via email (which could be directed to spam) and provide delivery of the tickets at an unknown location. They flat refused to identify the seller and allow me to make arrangements to have the ticket's delivered via registered mail to a post office box with insurance. Most companies in the industry will provide electronic delivery services and not force a "gameday situation that is totally FUBAR". To add to the misery, my purchase was a gift to a business associate and I had not planned to attend the event, therefore costing me a day's pay plus over six hours of driving expenses as I will not place this burden on a client. SeatGeek's customer service & ethics are totally unacceptable and I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Answer: Shana is correct, Seat Geek takes no responsibility for tickets and have no customer service and will not return calls if things do not work out Stub Hub is much better
Answer: Hi Beth, Welcome to SeatGeek! In order to maintain our marketplace we do have fees, but we'll always show you a thorough price breakdown of your order before you can checkout. Plus, we've got options so you can actually search for tickets and see the fees included in the price from the get-go. Simply use the filter "Prices with fees" when searching for listings. Hi Robert,
Thank you for your feedback. Our buyer guarantee ensures that customers will be able to get a refund if their event has been cancelled. If an event is rescheduled customers may use their tickets for the new date or re-sell them to recoup their funds.
In this instance, the event this customer purchased tickets for has been postponed, with a reschedule date of 8/7/2021 at 5:00pm CDT. If the venue does cancel the event completely, the customer will be able to contacted about her refund options.
Venues are still making determinations as to whether to cancel or reschedule their events, and we will uphold our buyer guarantee once we have final confirmation of their decision.
