I've used SG half a dozen times now with no issues with tickets. Fees are reasonable compared to other sites.

I find a big plus is the transparency of the site showing ticket prices with fees included. This saves a lot of time picking a ticket within my budget.

Great experience and I hope to see Seatgeek continue the excellent service.

I've used multiple sites for buying tickets to tribe games. I always come back to seat geek because the site is set up to be extremely user friendly! From seat location to current availability to view from the seat to purchasing - the entire process is easy compared to other sites.

I bought tickets that already had been sold and I had to contact the seller and I had to settle for the tickets the wanted to give me and not the ones I had bought

The extra cost to download tickets to my phone is way to much offer a less service fee would be nice sometimes vivid is cheaper sometimes the fees are about the same for the ticket

I wish there were more availability for 3 tix together. A lot for 1, 2, 4 and more, but only a few for 3.

Used SeatGeek for the first time while on an east coast summer vacation and bought Red Sox Tickets, Nationals Tickets and DC United tickets and all worked out really well. In fact, the Nats game got rained out and rescheduled after we were gone so we were able to resell the tickets to get some of our money back!

I like the app. The only thing is when I went to purchase, the option 1 or 3. Not 2 or 4. Maybe I hit did something wrong. I wanted 4 ticket and had to buy 3 then go back and buy 1.
