Have purchased tickets from Seatgeek on many occasions, today realized I had not received my tickets. Made two phone calls both CSR went out of their way to help, sending emails, checking on the status of my search, could not have been nicer and found my tickets!

I often buy tickets on Seat Geek or my friends. I'm pretty loyal to the site and thought the site could offer some package at the end of the season when tickets aren't selling as much. Knowing the blue jays won't make the series, the demand will probably be down. Therefore, they could have a package (5 games for 50$) - I know Philly or some other city did that with their team
I can always find deals on Seatgeek at prices often lower than box office. The site is very easy to use and the rating system helps me find the best deals.
I believe that there needs to be a way to check the tickets by price. Maybe I missed it, but once you see a price, you can see on the seat map where those seats are.
But overall a good experience.
Love the app. It is very easy to use and navigate. My only problem is with trying to use discount codes. They rarely work and are super frustrating. Overall, I really like the service
I use seat geek primarily for ticket buying and selling. I love the interface, for buying I'd give it a 4, only issue is sometimes games freeze up due to delays or rainouts or other issues.
For selling, Seatgeek makes it easy to resell tickets, but the 20% fee is insane. Stubhub, well known as the biggest in the business, is only 15%. Tickpick is 10%. Many times I buy on seatgeek, and sell on one of these to save myself money. That's gotta come down to match them at least. Also, again with rainouts or other issues, tickets freeze sometimes. Overall a 2 for selling, but severly because of the crazy fees.
Great tix, although the usher at the gate could not electronically read the printed tickets. He let me n anyway!
Very user friendly. Do wish they had a few more sort options though, like sort by lowest row. But I love the upfront pricing. Its nice not to be surprised by "resort" fees to use a Hotel industry irritating reference. I love that what I see, is what I am paying and I don't have to play mind games while deciding. Great job SeatGeek. The way ticket buying should be.
Like every time I use SeatGeek, the process was easy and quick. Bought tickets the night before an event, and received the etickets within minutes of purchase.
They took my money, said I'd get the tickets, but never did, and no refund!
I will NEVER use them again!
Easy to use and very competitive (often less) to the other sites. It also has more detailed maps of the venues. Highly recommended.
