Absolutely agree with you, it is disgusting the service. Just an answerphone line saying not their fault it is because the courier is overwhelmed. Just found they have not even fulfilled the order which was guaranteed for delivery between 21st and 23rd Dec. They have already taken the money off my card and not even shipped... take real care ever dealing with this company or their directors. We will go to trading standards to complain and get compensation.
I don't know how these people at savvibuy can sleep tonight Xmas eve when they no there are thousands of children out there who are going to wake up in the morning without the present they asked for from santa. I bet their children if they have them won't be doing the same as others and not getting their pressies they asked for. I am going to have one 4 year old grandson very unhappy as he asked santa for a paw patrol paw patroller for Xmas and because of you con artists he is going to be one of the disappointment children in the morning. How do you explain that santa has not left him his gift. These people need to be named and shamed, they need to be reported to watchdog and shamed on the t. V.
Completely and utterly pissedoff ordered a ps4 on the 6th of December told it would be here by the 12th no sign of got a further email saying it was pushed back to the 23rd an no sign of it now Xmas eve an guess what no ps4 got one really broken hearted little boy here as this was his main gift if I knew where this little $#*! lived I'd be down there no one messes with my children an gets away wi th have it
Absolutely fuming! Fiancé ordered my Christmas gift of a fit bit on December 14th, no communication just an automated telephone machine! Absolutely fuming! CON ARTISTS! This is not the end of this! Watchdog!
Despite ordering in plenty time for Christmas I'm still without my daughters gift. I was guaranteed it would arrive yesterday but its been a no show over £100 out of pocket & a disappointed daughter this Christmas!
It is now 6pm on xmas eve and my husbands present still has not arrived. 4 emails unanswered several calls to a automated system which I assume everyone else has listened to several times. No communication from the company at all. With all these complaints on line I'm beginning to think it was never going to arrive. Small claims and watch dog I think, arseholes

I ordered an item at the end of Nov Playstation VR headset, as with everyone else I have nothing to show for my money, basically they have stolen my money without any intentions of sending me the good's. I purchased in good faith, rouges like these should NOT be allowed to open company after company ripping people off.
I haven't used this company but just here to say to everyone to report this to trading standards, and police. If nobody has received items, it's basically theft of your money, especially as they seem to have cut all contact with customers. Please, please remember to report this. The more complaints there are, the better the case for getting everyone's money back as this sounds like they never had the items and never intended to deliver anything. And remember, always do a good Google search on online sites reviews etc, and don't get so caught up in trends like these hatchimals that you'll throw your money at any site offering them, as that's what the scammers hope for. Been waiting for weeks for my delivery. When chasing it up after being promised an arrival on 23rd Dec discoveres thousands in same situation as me and read some incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional responses by customer services. Avoid like the plague.
Absolute rubbish service. Avoid at all costs. Please be warned! Christmas Gift ordered on 8th December and promised for Christmas - didn't happen.
I also fell for this scam. We all need to go onto the Action Fraud website or call *******040 to log our complaints. I have just chatted to them and they are already aware of Savvi buy. Without the evidence they can't pursue these scammers so we all need to reports our separate cases.
Ordered an item in November. Delivery scheduled for mid December. Subsequent letter from Savvibuy informed me they were running 72 hrs behind with deliveries but still guaranteed delivery in time Christmas.
When nothing had arrived by 19 December I contacted Customer Services who stated they ensured delivery by Christmas. December 22 nothing arrived. Customer Services then stated the item would be delivered next day. Nothing.
Result - one spoilt child's Christmas. One lousy company.
Absolute con-present not arrived-promised 18th then 20th then 23rd-NOTHING.
My next comms will be to trading standards-these arseholes need closing down and taking to court.
Please note they have blocked me from their Facebook site because I've repeatedly shamed their " business".

I echo everything said by every other disappointed customer on here who has had a Christmas present undelivered. Utterly disgusting and unprofessional company. NEVER EVER USE THEM.
Christmas Eve 4pm, my delivery of x 2 Hatchimals not arrived. No one answers the phone. Told about 3 times my delivery was guaranteed by the 23rd. If they could meet the obligations they could have told us and given us the opportunity to source an alternative. Utterly shambolic customer service
Like many others we placed an order for a furby connect and kept being told it would be here and nothing complete rip off. Please don't waste your hard earnt money. Con man
Answer: I have also had the same problem unfortunately this site is a scam I had to report as fraud you need to contact your bank immediately
Answer: They are based in Rochdale. There address was on there website.
Answer: Rid you paid by credit card, phone your bank and ask about Chargeback. We did this on Sacvibuys suggestion and when we called the bank, it knew right away and took us to a line dealing with Savvibuy and its sister company. We were promised return of money within 9 working days.
Answer: Savvibuy suggested contacting our bank and using "chargeback". We used our on line banking, and went into the section showing banking forms. Within this is "chargeback". When we went into this and filled in the form to refund money. We used a debit card. The bank has said it will investigate. We should have used a credit card though. Interestingly, on calling the bank and using a menu, when I chose 'unrecognised company, it gave the example of Savvibuy and Advanced tech. Wonder if this is a hot issue!
