Scamming company. Ordered a watch on the 9th of December with 5 day working delivery. Here I am 24th December still no watch. How can you sell an item you don't have to sell and blame the courier service you use? It's amazeing how I've ordered other parcels that arrived using the same courier services as savvibuy with no delay and as for customer services don't find it amusing listen to a machine telling me that my parcel will arrive on the 23rd at the latest when I ring up on the 24th. Avoid this company unless you like disappointment.
Rip of off bastards i hope u all rot in hell how can u do this to children sick in the head! Luckily i only spent £89 on a hatchimal feel for those that have spent over 500 and there kids may hardly get anything. I paid on my debit card do u think i will get my money back?
Really upset and furious over this. Scamming fraudsters! Setting the authorities on them. Why haven't they been caught before? So many people saying this now. Never ever buy from them. Thieves! Wish I could give zero stars!

I ordered a play station VR headset in November. This was to be the main present for my sons Christmas present. Like the rest of you good people I am sat here at the end of my tether. No present, no refund!
I too will contact trading standards and the fraud unit. I cannot believe the owner of this company!

Please refer to the reviews on Facebook and the hundreds of people who have ordered and received no further contact. Not one person has actually had an order fulfillled. This " company" is a complete con and I send my sympathies to all of you with children who are faced with trying to explain why their Christmas present hasn't arrived. Please let everyone you know that this site is a con.
I feel sorry for the employees of this company who do their best to cover for the incompetence of the owners and the management team.
The only way to deal with this company is to spread the word so that no one buys any goods from them and force them out of business
Despite numerous emails reassuring that PS4 VR head set would arrive by 23rd... it hasn't. Had they just been honest and said we aren't going to get item to us by xmas, we could have sourced alternative. I wish I could award a minus score. Now they aren't answering emails, Fb messages. The company posed a picture of Santa wishing customer merry xmas, they have ruined to many children's big day - shame on them.
I ordered my item on 7 December. A week ago I received an email to say that they were behind with orders because of heavy demand on Black Friday. I then received another email to say my item would definitely be delivered on the 23rd. Needless to say there has not been a delivery or any further word from them.
My item was a Christmas present for an adult and I can explain it away but how the bosses of this company can sleep at night knowing that so many kids will be without Christmas presents I don't know. Many parents do not have the money to replace what they've ordered.
I will give them a week to refund my money and then go to the credit card provider.
Why offer deliver dates that you have no chance of actually achieving?
When I ordered on line last Sunday the delivery dates quoted were Mon - Thur.
After nothing I emailed them only to find that my item still ain't been processed on Wednesday...
By Thursday I had been given an order number and told hat I would get a text from their carrier, who could be any number of companies, once the order had been fulfilled!. It was supposed to be delivered by Thursday.
You've guessed, it's now Christmas eve, 14:00 and still no word from them so I can take it that nothing has been sent yet.
They are a disgrace. Their excuse for my item being late is that it's Christmas... well didn't they know that when they accepted the order and provided delivery dates? And why didnt they staff up accordingly?
I now have to go out and hope that I will be able to find the item locally on Christmas eve, which is a big ask and probably won't happen.
I cant mark this 'company' down enough.
A bit if advice - Do not offer what you clearly have no chance of delivering...
If I am lucky enough to find what I want, and my item is eventually delivered, no doubt in 2 weeks time if at all, no doubt I will be expected to pay the return postage...
Same as everyone else - ordered on the 4th December, promised delivery 11th to 16th December then an email saying delivery 23rd December. No order and no response to emails
Ordered wine cooler for my husband main present. Spent £500 on wine to put in it. Ordered weeks ago. Despite emails assuring delivery on 23 December 2016 now Christmas Eve and nothing. My husband is a lawyer so all ready submitting papers. Trading Standards informed too. My friend works for them. Don't order from these fraudsters.

Told 5-7 working days to deliver then chased the delivery
Only able to leave voice mails with no reply at all from them. Then had an email to say guaranteed delivery by23rd still nothing
Now xmas eve still nothing and can not get through to them
I will never order from these again

Avoid at all costs. Clearly have taken orders that they cant fulfill, and have no doubt ruined Christmas for many people. I suspect the ltd company will get liquidated shortly and everyone will loose their money. Scum of the Earth, hanging is too good for them
Ordered my son some Lego for Xmas on Dec 13th, "guaranteed" to arrive by 21st. Then got an email saying it'd be here on 23rd; it's now Xmas eve and still no sign of it. No tracking facility and nothing more than a recorded message on the phone. Ended up having to do an emergency Toys R Us run to avoid Christmas morning heartbreak. Would chase a refund but Savvibuy couldn't pour piss out of a boot even if the instructions were printed on the heel, so if the goods ever turn up they'll be saved for next year.

Ordered fitbit over a month ago. Got same response as everyone else. Blamed black Friday, saying orders are 72 hours behind schedule. Then promised guaranteed delivery Friday 23rd dec. No Joy. Ive had to chase and chase these people. Cant speak to a person on the phone, just recorded message and ive had no replies to my emails since either. My wife has nothing under the tree now because of these morons
Stated parcel will arrive on given day but didn't. Paid over the odds for the item anyway and didn't receive it. They greedily took the money though, nice.
Just to let you know that I have received a refund in full plus interest for £295 that I spent buying an item from Savvibuy as a xmas present. This was refunded through my bank and I did not use a credit card so for all you unfortunate people out there who bought from this scum please contact your bank and let them know that you have contacted savvibuy and asked for a refund but have not received anything. Good luck.
Rip off merchants, should be sent to jail. Item never received. As rest on here promised delivery by 23rd Dec and would get SMS but nothing, unable to contact either
Answer: I have also had the same problem unfortunately this site is a scam I had to report as fraud you need to contact your bank immediately

Answer: Rid you paid by credit card, phone your bank and ask about Chargeback. We did this on Sacvibuys suggestion and when we called the bank, it knew right away and took us to a line dealing with Savvibuy and its sister company. We were promised return of money within 9 working days.
Answer: Savvibuy suggested contacting our bank and using "chargeback". We used our on line banking, and went into the section showing banking forms. Within this is "chargeback". When we went into this and filled in the form to refund money. We used a debit card. The bank has said it will investigate. We should have used a credit card though. Interestingly, on calling the bank and using a menu, when I chose 'unrecognised company, it gave the example of Savvibuy and Advanced tech. Wonder if this is a hot issue!
