Like other reviewers I ordered an item, fitbit2, over three weeks ago. Original delivery date was amended due to 'issues with their couriers', still guaranteed delivery by Xmas. Surprise, surprise not arrived. Assuming having paid by credit card I have some protection if they don't give me a refund? Do not use under any circumstances. Low life
Dont ever use this company, ordered item for delivery 19th Dec didnt arrive told 23rd december surprise surprise did not arrive.

Bought a apple watch told would receive it by the 14-18 December questioned this and got told it would be here for 23 December Suprise Suprise it didnt arrive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Now i dont have a gift for my son Merry Christmas
The people who own this company should have the decency to wear masks! They have robbed people right left and centre. I ordered GHD straighteners for my daughters Christmas and dispite guaranteed deliver by 23rd they never arrived. Do not use this company! I'm so glad I paid by credit card at least I have some protection!
Terrible people, con artists of the highest order. Do not buy from these guys who have no doubt now done a runner. Ordered a lego set which surprise surprise has not materialised, due date was yesterday.
Like the rest of the complaints, my order was promised between the 12th and 16th December then pushed out to the 23rd. Nothing has arrived, no correspondance.

Fraud is the only word to describe it. I don't understand why the police aren't their door arresting chaudrey Ahmad at 40 tweedale street in Rochdale for theft. He must have more than half a million pounds taken so easily from people and not an apology or a product in sight.
I reported them to trading standards and the fraud office and hopefully he will be brought to justice unless he has fled the country which I suspect will be the case.
Total scammers. Ordered toy in November, changed delivery days. Last email was to say toy would definitely be delivered on Fri 23rd... Well Friday has gone and surprise surprise no toy. Hope I get a full refund...
I ordered a hatchimal in November, promised it be here by 12th December, paid 89.99 for it, then was told the date be a bit longer because of Black Friday, then told it be here by 23rd December, it's now Xmas eve and it haven't arrived and I can't get another one for my son who wanted one and thinks he's getting one, If You email them they don't get back to you until a few days later. Il NEVER order from here again and suggest no one else does!
Having spent over the odds for a hatchamal... which is pretty much the only present my daughter wanted... and being a single mum of two with financial difficulties I put my faith into your company to make her Christmas... instead you have completely ruined it... how do I tell my daughter tomorrow that she has no gift to open? I'm not privileged enough to have "a back up stash of money" to buy a replacement gift...

After several emails from myself threatening that I will report them to action fraud and watchdog they finally responded with a generic email apologising for not receiving my order and if I wanted a refund to follow steps they laid out... complete cons they are... they were never going to deliver all of our orders I'm sure they somehow make money from these transactions and wait till they get it and then tell you to get a refund and in the process ruin everyone's xmas! Please everyone let's report these fu($! Rs and do something about it! Go to watchdog and action fraud online you can report them there. Oh and here's the stores real number ******* *******... it's a silly Mickey Mouse store someone has posted a picture of it
Ordered two nutribullets November 5 promised delivery 3 to 5 days. Nothing yet except 2 emails 1 blaming black Friday and the other received on 22nd dec saying they will be there on 23. No delivery arrived so I am now do the whizzing!
I, like it seems loads of others, bought goods weeks ago, have been given plausible excuses and have now been let down big time. The bit that is making me angry is if we had know earlier I could have bought a replacement; to be spun a yarn up to Christmas Eve is low... There will be some very disappointed children this Christmas. Great. I expect the when the dust settles, a sophisticated scam from aboard. There will be no/has never been any presents. I need to check if I can get my money refunded. Probably not as the amount was less £100...
Liars did not meet both dead lines take a life time to reply to emails. It took them over a week to dispatch my items but I still haven't received them so don't even know if they have been dispatched. All I can say is customers be aware. This company is made of fraudsters. I would never use again and I would not recommend to anybody
Ordered my daughter a hatchimal having been ripped off once on another website they guaranteed delivery on 21st December then emailed me and said i would get it 23rd i couldn't get through to them and no tracking on my item. Luckily i paid on my credit card so should be refunded... i don't know how these people sleep at night. DISGUSTING!
Same as everyone- ordered hatchimal 22 Nov, three delivery dates and no goods. Now it's aChristmas Eve and my daughter has no Christmas present!
Most horrific and low fraud.
I with be reporting this fraud with the police tomorrow, i was the same as all of the other people on here orded on 01/12/16 promise after promise on their emails and still no order. Now on their site they are blaming us?
Promised delivery of goods today. Nothing delivered and no way of getting hold of them.

COMPANY PROMISED I WOULD HAVE MY HATCHIMAL BY THE 16 OF DECEMBER HERE IT IS THE 23 OF DEC NO HATCHIMAL NO REFUND OR NO TRACKING INFO COMPANY ADVERTISES PRODUCT THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BLOW YOU OFF.
These people take the money but send nothing out how are they getting away with it does anyone know where we can concact to sort these people
Answer: I have also had the same problem unfortunately this site is a scam I had to report as fraud you need to contact your bank immediately
Answer: They are based in Rochdale. There address was on there website.
Answer: Rid you paid by credit card, phone your bank and ask about Chargeback. We did this on Sacvibuys suggestion and when we called the bank, it knew right away and took us to a line dealing with Savvibuy and its sister company. We were promised return of money within 9 working days.
Answer: Savvibuy suggested contacting our bank and using "chargeback". We used our on line banking, and went into the section showing banking forms. Within this is "chargeback". When we went into this and filled in the form to refund money. We used a debit card. The bank has said it will investigate. We should have used a credit card though. Interestingly, on calling the bank and using a menu, when I chose 'unrecognised company, it gave the example of Savvibuy and Advanced tech. Wonder if this is a hot issue!
