Ordered a Fitbit for my mams present as they were out of stock everywhere but here, was told delivery would be between 16-22nd and then told the 23rd, they have my money, they've ignored my emails and I'll be taking matters further.
I am another one paid £88 for a present for my six year old the only thing she wanted and ordered 3 weeks ago and was promised delivery before Christmas nothing going to have one upset little girl paid over the odds for it they don't give a damm I bet they have a good Christmas something needs doing about this company
Mother in law desperately wanted the pink dyson hair dryer but it was out of stock everywhere online except here - or so I thought... I bet they never had it at all! Was guaranteed by 18th then got email saying delay which I wasn't happy with as had paid extra to be early then got email saying they were still delivering in Xmas eve! Suprise suprise like so many out there nothing has arrived!
So, guaranteed delivery by the 17th nothing, guranteed by the 21st nothing!
Guranteed by the 23rd and I must understand that they are very busy but no worries santas elves are hard at work to gurantee I have it before Christmas, nothing!
So what is the gurantee? Guranteed or what?
Similar story to everyone else...
Orders unfulfilled. Broken promises.
Thank you for ruining my 10 year old daughters Christmas!
SavviBuy should NOT be trading!
Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!
Guaranteed delivery my arss! Told it would deffenatly b here by 23rd didn't come spoke to some $#*!head on phone earlier said b here by tonight still hasnt come thanks for ruining my 7 year old boys christmas you bastards
My order was placed in time for delivery scheduled between 16-22 December. On 21st December, I received an email to say that it would be delivered on 23rd. My parcel was not delivered. I called the company during the day and got a voicemail message saying that all goods would be delivered by the evening and at worst by 24th (today). There was no opportunity to speak to anybody. Surprise surprise, there has been no delivery. Our granddaughter will be very disappointed not to get her Christmas present and they have our money. They obviously do not know anything about customer service! Is this a scam company or do they just have rubbish management? I suspect the former. Well done Savvibuy, for ruining it for our granddaughter!
SavviBuy guaranteed delivery for Thursday 22nd December. No email or text to let us know it would be delayed. Thankyou SavviBuy for ruining a 12 year old boys Christmas.
Absolute tossers!
Ordered Apple Watch 10th of Dec for £200 promised delivery between 14th-18th-nothing! Emailed and rang to no response but generic voice automated service! Emailed saying contacting police and I had an email from a Barbara at savvy buy support saying due to high demand delivery is late. But will recieve SMS via courier and will be gaurenteed delivery before Xmas! Still nothing! Meanwhile contacted my bank (lloyds) and received money back through them! I will you all to do the same - even if only paid via debit card like me! Had money back from bank in three days! Will be pursuing police complaint!
I hope people who are working at Savvibuy will have the same broken Christmas as my daughter. I did order Hatimach for a very high price because of a promise of sure delivery between 14th-18th, this was very important for me. After 18th had only one response from customer service making me shure I will receive the item before Christmas Eve. No item. And no more responses. Absolute ignorance and greediness. Making promises to get money mutch higher than price, but no effort to earn that profit.
EASY MONEY HUNTERS
AS WITH ALL OTHER PEOPLE ORDERED WELL IN TIME AND MADE PROMISES BUT TOTALLY FALSE AND BUNCH OF LIES. HAD TO BUY THE ITEM ELSEWHERE
Brief history order lego for grandsons Christmas box 1st Dec money taken straight from bank account expected delivery date 9 th to 13 th on recived email as many more had stating that the goods would be here 72 hours late due to high demand (fair enough)
After those 72 hours telephone calls were made and no one picks the phone up your 4th in the que but then transferred to answer phone. I have left 3 messages doing exactly what they asked but no contact, so I decide to email, x3 emails one entitled "does anyone answer these emails finally a reply your delivery date is 23 rd Dec u will get SMS message from courier.
Yeah right Savvibuy that was never going to happen another email fired off to you saying thanks for ruining a Christmas of my 5 year old grandson.
Do not go order from this very shabby website I'm seeking full refund as soon as
How dare you say have a very happy Christmas when you were fully aware that my goods were never going to arrive
Thieving $#*!in bastards. Rot in hell, you pieces of $#*!. You have wrecked a lot of families Christmases. What goes around comes around.
Email for refund and they apologise and say contact your bank for a chargeback it will take 1-24 hours, while we wash our hands of you customers "bull$#*! savvibuy I hope you end up in court and end up homeless and all us good people live happily ever after you dirty thieving scumbags.
Bought a present for my sons birthday which is on the 23rd December. The item had a guaranteed delivery date of between the 20th and 23rd of December so we thought it would be ok.We have not received the item. After sending countless emails and making numerous phone calls to find out what is going on, all without any response at all, we decided to do a quick google search for savviBuy and it would appear they are a bunch of gangsters conning people out of there hard earned money at christmas time. Utter scum. Not only are they stealing money but depriving 1000's of kids their christmas presents. Hopefully i will get my money back.
Ordered from them on 12th december.
Money came out of account same day.
Sent email to ask how i track my order.
Recieved email next day to say due to busy time of year here will be a delay on delivery.
Then recieved email to say parcel guaranteed delivery on 23/12/2016.
Total scumbags.
Hope you burn in hell.
I ordered ps4 move controllers for my son to
Go with his presant I reliased yesterday that I had been had when all I kept getting was answer phone messages how these people can sleep at night luckily I managed to get the controllers last night when I reliased I have already contacted the bank and they are now dealing with it so I will get my money back when I don't know but I will I suggest everyone rings there banks and I hope these people choke on there turkey
Everyone who has been conned by this company has to report this to the authorites. If we all do this it might make a difference... these people have to be stopped other wise they will continue to set up companies and rip people off... not only did they not fulfil the orders but have been deceiful and dishonest from day one. How many more companies will they set up?... its just too easy if you have no conscience and are able to rip people off and run people's Christmas and still sleep at night...
I ordered headphones for my husband for Xmas on 10/12/16 £114.99 debited from my bank! Thought I had a bargain but instead it appears i have been conned too! No answer to emails, automated phone service, emails to say specific delivery dates still no show! What a bunch of theiving pricks! I'm contacting my bank tne report tne fraudulent purchase! New it was too good to be true!
I purchased an iwatch from this rouge company on the 15/12 was told 3 days, then got email saying delivery 23/12... like everyone else I called the company, answerphone message saying if courier hadn't delivered they would definitely deliver today. I then searched company and found loads of bad reviews... Not one good one, so I went to John Lewis first thing this morning and brought one for my daughter so she wouldn't be disappointed on Christmas Day. I contacted Barclays and was told I had to wait 15 working days from due delivery date before I could make a claim. From what I've found on companies house doesn't look good. Mr Chaudhary Numan Ahmed I hope you get what you deserve spoiling so many people's Christmas.
Answer: I have also had the same problem unfortunately this site is a scam I had to report as fraud you need to contact your bank immediately
Answer: They are based in Rochdale. There address was on there website.
Answer: Rid you paid by credit card, phone your bank and ask about Chargeback. We did this on Sacvibuys suggestion and when we called the bank, it knew right away and took us to a line dealing with Savvibuy and its sister company. We were promised return of money within 9 working days.
Answer: Savvibuy suggested contacting our bank and using "chargeback". We used our on line banking, and went into the section showing banking forms. Within this is "chargeback". When we went into this and filled in the form to refund money. We used a debit card. The bank has said it will investigate. We should have used a credit card though. Interestingly, on calling the bank and using a menu, when I chose 'unrecognised company, it gave the example of Savvibuy and Advanced tech. Wonder if this is a hot issue!
