The Samsung Z Flip phone is a piece of trash that has a factory defect that happens to the screen. I spoke to NINE people at Samsung. There is no certified Samsung repair place anywhere near me. My only option was to send them the phone And they would "determine if it could be replaced or fixed" and that would take two weeks or more. Who can go without a phone for two weeks? One person from Samsung told me to drive four hours to NYC and four hours home to have it repaired. Another said he'd sell me a different model for 536$ even though the phone I want fixed is under warranty still and is only 8 months old. I was hung up on three times, I couldn't understand what most of the employees were saying, and I've spent ten hours on the phone total trying to fix this problem and there's still a no solution. Don't buy a Z flip - for that matter, don't buy anything from Samsung. Apple would have overnighted a new phone and paid the postage for me to ship back the defective one. Clearly Samsung needs the money this piece of trash phone is worth more than I do.
We purchased a Samsung top of the line top loading washing machine and dryer and in less than 5 years, had two repairman out to try and figure out why debris was being left on my clothes. Finally was told that there was tons of rush on the spin basket and that it could not be repaired. It was apparently a defect and should not be rusting. I reached out to Samsung as did the repairman only to find out that they would not warranty the washing machine. As much as we paid for the washer, it should not have had this rust issue in less than 5 years. There are only 2 of us so it didn't get a ton of use. Very disappointed. I won't purchase another Samsung, that's for sure.
On June 10,2022, I paid for a galaxy s 22 ultra with a galaxy watch on promotion. The phone arrived 3 days later, the watch did not. I spoke to customer support on the 13 of June. Today is July the 5th, I still did not receive the watch. I spoke to 10 different ppl from customer service representatives to supervisors. They all showed incompetence, ignorance, and lack of ability to resolve a simple issue. I wished it was Amazon customer support.
I filed a claim about my purchase of the S21 ultra which started having issues immediately after the force update. I was told since they disconued tht S 21 ultra, they would upgrade me to the S22 ultra, new not a refurbished phone one a new phone, confirm 3 times during the call. They would wave the deductible. At no time whatsoever that they would be running additional testing of the S21 ultra. Since I presumed that I would be receiving the S22 ultra. This was done approximately 30 days ago. Unsure of this replacement order I called the supervisor in the same department to discuss the issue of new vs refurbished, I was informed that would have to be referred to the "investment department" since she had no power to do anything about it. That it would have to be
Reviewed by thier "investigate department" and it would take anywhere from 48 to 72 hours for a reply. 28 days have passed and I have yet to receive any response back even though the supervisor gave me her "word" that she personal gave me her word she would. 7 days later I called Samsung back to get an update as to what was going on with not hearing back from them ( the investigate" department) regarding the time response only to learn they had no answers and Samsung had placed another hold on my claim to the "address verification" department placed another 24 hour response time, which again has long since passed.
Samsung as a company has caused major distrust for my health conditions and the lies, misdirects, failure to call me the customer back ( even though they ask you personally if X number to call you back should the call time frame was exceeded and to this date never happened.
This only proves that Samsung does not care about customer service nor customer loyalty. I hope this complaint prevents others from all that ha happened to me but to have them look into other sites before they invest in purchasing any products made by Samsung.
Purchased a Samsung refrigerator at a local Lowes 6/2021. On 5/27/22, it stopped cooling. After DOZENS of phone calls amounting to over 1000 cell phone minutes, Samsung approved a full refund as this fridge was under their 1 year warranty and could not be repaired. They owe me over $1500 which I do not believe I will ever see. Samsung has the customer set up a payment (paypal) through Citi Bank which will transfer money to the customers Paypal account within an hour. This was set up on 6/22. I have called Samsung several times and they will not provide me with a contact or transaction number with Citi. I am convinced that this "Refund" is nothing but a scam. Samsung does not provide any customer service. I wish I was able to give a Samsung Zero star rating. Again, for your protection, DO NOT EVER BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!
I spent $6.5k on a whole suite of kitchen appliances - not great, but dishwasher is horrendous - does not have a heating element so their answer is to run the tap for 7 minutes until my water in the sink reaches 120 degrees, and then run the dishwasher OR increase the heat on my hot water heater, no matter the danger it will cause to a kid who just switches on the tap. I have just had Penelope from Extra Care (LOL) call me - is should be Less Care - they can do nothing as I purchased a machine without a heating element - who knew that in 2022 Samsung would omit a main part of a dishwasher - she also told me she was calling from the office of the CEO - a sad day for Samsung - I guess reviews speak volumes!
I have had Samsung phones for 10 years love them but in the last year I have had 3 phones because they quit charging after a few months I'm going to switch to another brand sorry to see them go
Samsung microwave oven came with manufacturing problems. The 1 year standard warranty was not honored
Terrible service. Waiting for mobile more then one month even that Samsung has 50 millions devices in overstock. Pay a lot but not get any service. Better buy some other brand! Worst service in the Europe.
I purchased a Samsung frig at Lowes. It is less than 4 years old. Broken twice and I had to pay for the repairs. I found out there is a class action lawsuit against them for this frig. I called to see if they would stand behind their product. They said they would send their repair person out to check it. I get a text from their repair person stating that it will costs me $200.00 just for the person to come into my house! That price is not even deducted from the cost to fix it. That is just to show up. It can't be fixed. It is defective. I'm screwed and will have to purchase another frig. NEVER EVER EVER will I purchase a Samsung product.
Samsung mobiles customer care is worst service. Charger was showing as free but not sent with mobile. They are cheating the customers. The charger cancelled automataically, when informed customer care concern team will send mail about this occurance. No single mail came from 40 days and when i asked again, same dialogue repeating. They do not know why the order cacelled even 40 days completed. Very very poor responses and repeated dialogues. No progress. Do not buy samsung products. Rating is ZERO
Microwave came on by itself. It wouldn't shut off. By the time I shut off the breaker switch and came back to the kitchen smoke was coming from the top right hand corner. The microwave was hot to the touch. I called the local Fire department and they came with an infrared sensor. The microwave all across the top was very hot and it was hot up into the top cupboards even to the door handles. They informed me it was a good thing that I was home or it would have caught the house on fire.
I contacted Samsung last week and was informed To write my complaint And take photos of all angles of the microwave.
I have not todate received any response. I am very disappointed with my purchase. I need to replace the unit because the Fireman Deemed it a fire hazard. I will never buy another Samsung appliance! So buyer beware!

Wasted 2 days of my time going to 2 ubif stores to have a factory defect fixed... both assured me is was covered under factory warranty. They put new piece in and it still did not work. So then I had to pay and waste more time and send phone to them... all the while this has been 1 month yes 1 month my child has been without her phone. When I sent phone back all was good yrp covered under warranty the phone is 8 months old.
Now I get a PAY US 200 DOLLARS CAUSE IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY. They are thieves... cons... and liars... And this from a no longer life long customer. They deserve to be shut down! Contact the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.GOV they need to be shut down for these practices.
My Samsung is less than 2yrs old and under 5yr warranty and its been a month since my freezer hasnt worked. They have sent 3 technicians out wich all say there is an internal leak which they cant fix. They are giving me the run around with the cutomer service. Very unprofessional. More than 4hours on the phone talking to people in the Philippines Dominican Republic etc. Very disappointed. I will never buy anything Samsung ever again!
I dropped my Note20 5G in the lake in about 1.5 Meter of water and it disappeared in the mud. After 6 days I finally found it. I wrapped it in newspaper and placed it in a 30°C warm location for 3 days. Then I charged it wireless for 2 days. Finally I turned it on and what a wonderful surprise! It worked.

I purchased a cooktop from Bestbuy Samsung with wifi. I thought the product is going to be very cool and nice however the front panel where the knobs were was discolored within 3 months. So I called Samsung customer care people. I bet Samsung has the worst customer Service which I have ever encountered. First of all after the sales of their people they dont care for the customer. The Service people were very rude and had very less knowledge about anything. They keep saying that if you do this the warranty will be void if I call a tech support and if sees any physical damage the warranty would be void. Even the Tech people are not ready to listen to you. The person who came from Samsung agreed that its the problem with the product and also agreed that the manual does not say the right information. But his Supervisor whom he called declined my legit claim. When I call back customer support and asked for the supervisor they person was very rude and does not want to hear my story. He just said that the Tech team has declined the request so we cannot do anything. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would not recommend anyone not just because of the product but for the customer service.
Disgraceful company! Bought a new Samsung 75 inch QLED TV for $1200 and it lasted 5 months. TV screen formed an internal crack, at the bottom of the screen, there was no impact to the screen and nor did anyone touch it. Apparently it's thermal damage related but Samsung refuse to do a technical assessment and refuse to implement their warranty. $1200 down the toilet. My new household is full of Samsung appliance and I guess all their warranties mean absolutely nothing like the 10yr fridge warranty.

This so surprising for me to accept that samsung has become one of the worst company in terms of customer support. One of my friend bought Samsung S21Ultra last year. The phone was running good but one day the display had some dead pixels. He went to his nearest customer center but they did not help him saying that problem did not include any warranty. So disappointing.
Samsung received my tablet as a trade in. Sent me 3 shotty pics of it. Stating they couldn't except it. After having it a month and a half. I call and the lady told me since I asked for it back they couldn't help me. Also, I was promised a 100 dollar google play and NEVER received that. Two customer service reps hung up on me. Do NOT order anything from them. They are are ripping people off!

Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
