Samsung received my tablet as a trade in. Sent me 3 shotty pics of it. Stating they couldn't except it. After having it a month and a half. I call and the lady told me since I asked for it back they couldn't help me. Also, I was promised a 100 dollar google play and NEVER received that. Two customer service reps hung up on me. Do NOT order anything from them. They are are ripping people off!
My 55in Frame Tv was under warranty, but the connect box that it come with was not working. Customer service said they could not fix it and they came and took the actual screen and left the connect box that wasn't working. They gave me a refund of $1080 that is only redeemable on their site. Samsung.com is selling the same TV that I had for $1399 on the site. So I would have to pay the difference of $319 on television that I already had. There is obviously a chip shortage so they are taking working screens and reselling them for more on the site.
If you have to send your phone in for any reason at all, even a simple unlock, DONT DO IT. They will break it or keep your device and still charge you.my phone was brand new, I just got locked out. My device no longer works at all and they only sent a part of it back. I tried to get ahold of them for 3 months now to resolve this issue. No luck. Went through BBB and heard back from them quickly finally but all they said was that I'm beat. #samsungsucks

When I returned my item i never received my refund and none of their customer service(chat, text, phone, email) took care of the issues they just wasted my time so finally I had to file a complaint against Samsung and I am still waiting for my refund. BE CAREFUL shopping from samsung US website. It is too risky and don't be fooled that Samsung is a legit trustworthy company because it isn't in the US.
DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES! I bought a whole Samsung kitchen appliance set. Within a month of purchase the stove quit. I called Samsung as directed and they sent a technician in November of 2021. They "Reset" the temp probe. 1 week later it quit again. Called Samsung again. They sent another technician to replace the temp probe. Another week later it quit AGAIN. CALLED SAMSUNG AGAIN, The technician comes again and switches out the PBC BOARD. And big surprise IT DOESN'T WORK. At this point I leave my home and come back to the STOVE ON HEATED TO 500 DEGREES! I attempted to turn it off. IT WONT TURN OFF! I HAD TO PULL THE STOVE FROM THE WALL AND UNPLUG IT. CALLED SAMSUNG AGAIN, They sent another technician and he states there's nothing more they can do that the STOVE IS A FIRE HAZARD!

I have been a long term Samsung Customer and have bought many many items over the years and have used the Samsung Galaxy since it was first released. I had ordered a new device via your UK division as i was in London (from London) as i always use a Dual SIM device. To say the process was painful is an understatement, i have been lied to, my data has been misused under Data Privacy Law, i have been defrauded by Samsung UK who have not refunded me my money that i paid upfront. The Samsunk UK customer service experience is an absolute disgrace, nobody cares, 8 different people have sent unintelligible replies and the chat helpline is full of educationally deprived people who do not even understand your own product! After so many years supporting your Comoany and products i am now forced to enter a leagl class action for Fraud, Misrepresentation, Data Privacy breaches under GDPR and likely more. All because nobody wants to resolve the most basic of issues. I respectfully write this as someone who also runs a very big service business and would fire every person responsible for totally demonsing your Brand!
Today is May 25th I ordered on April 7th Samsung watch along with some bands, It was showing as Delivery by April 15th, But then received a email saying delivery on 5th May. I tried to cancel it did not let me cancel and I have called Customer Service more than 20 times. They are not able to cancel as they shipped just 1 Band not the watch. I Called so many time they keep lying that they sent email to cancel and I will receive my refund, Still nothing happened every time I call I have to keep repeating my situation to each and every Agent and Supervisor. They are not able to cancel and not refunding and just ending the call abruptly. And Keep lying again and again its been 50+ days
I. Recently sent my Samsung Galaxy flip 3 5G and for a screen replacement due to dead pixels developing where the fold is in the screen. I confirmed and also Samsung repair service confirmed that my phone was still under warranty until October 1st 2022. My phone was just fine and my phone was in great shape and it was one of my favorite phones until I spoke to the Samsung of Texas repair. Samsung of Texas sent me an email with a bill of $399.44 and said the reason why is due to power power no power upgrade ( I don't know what that means) so I spoke to Samsung's support team which transferred me to Samsung repair center of Texas and the representative that I spoke to tried to correct me about my phone being damaged and then I had to explain it to her again and she didn't even know why I was calling and also she thought I was calling for Samsung fold phone. She got my total phone wrong and after the third time of me explaining this issue she finally listened and didn't try to correct me. She didn't know why my phone was sent for repair and she said the only note she had from the technician was the phone had a few scratches and there's damage to the screen. I tried to ask her where the scratches and what damage to the screen because I only know about the spot with dead pixels, and she replied with I don't know That's what the technician put in the notes. Their support team was no help their technician team I believe is not truthful because that phone was not damaged by any falls not damaged by water damage and the only thing the matter with that phone was dead pixels from Samsung's folding screen. This would be the last product I purchased from Samsung if I can help it, it's definitely the last cell phone I purchased from them because this is the worst service I've received from such a large company. I will never recommend their services and I'll never recommend their products this was a terrible experience
I purchased new appliances late November 2021. The stove quit working March 29 2022. As of this writing I still do not have working stove (May 23). I purchased a samsung microwave October 2020 for $750.00 The microwave quit working May 2 2022. I only live in this house in the winter so the microwave had very little use about 6 months but out of warrenty. Will Never purchase Samsung product again. Every agent that you speak to gives you a different answer very hard to get anything done.
I bought a Samsung washer and dryer through Costco. The dryer arrived with a damaged lint filter. I have been trying for six months to get a replacement part. I have been told twice now that the part has been shipped, I've been told the part is now on back order. The most recent email from Samsung was saying that the lint filter is not a covered part, even though the part came damaged to my home, and they're expecting me to pay for the part out of pocket, even though I've already spent thousands on the washer and dryer. Costco concierge service is just as bad as Samsung. The concierge service also gives you the runaround and never has a resolution. I will NEVER buy another major appliance from Costco and I definitely will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Samsung. RUN as fast as you can to better, more reliable companies!
My husband purchased his phone new. Within a few months, it would not charge. We sent the phone to Samsung and they said the motherboard was going out. They said in order to replace it with the warranty, they need to fix everything, including the screen that had a small crack. They said the screen would cost us over $300 to fix. We told them we didn't want the screen fixed, just the motherboard which is covered under the warranty. They said they wouldn't be able to unless we paid to have the screen fixed as well. $300 was out of our budget, so we couldn't get the phone fixed. It went into a drawer and become a $1000 brick that was not usable. Biggest scam ever. I've always gone with iPhone, and their customer service is amazing. They really back their product, and my husband will now only purchase Apple. Samsung lost a lifetime customer over their ridiculousness.

Service. We bought a fridge that had issues with its ice maker from day 1. They sent a tech out who "fixed" it and now 3yrs later we're still stuck with an expensive fridge that still doesn't make ice and now drips water all over our floors. Huge slipping hazard but they're not willing to stand behind their product and fix it once again. Absolutely terrible Product and customer service.
DO NOT BUY Samsung A22. I got one with a huge defect. Basically it cannot load the data of certain websites and apps and if has the worst camera ever! Such a pain in the $#*! when you need it to work. Talked to their team for three months. One department said I should send something called silent log to them for analysis. When I told them it didn't work to turn the silent log on, I was sent to another department, who told me only developers can turn on silent log. When I told them I needed to send the silent log to them for analysis, they again sent me to the first department, who told me again to SEND THE THE $#*!ING SILENT LOG that I can't turn on. It goes in a circle. I give up. I'm going to purchase a new phone og ANOTHER brand.
Even if they have the unique Z fold, which apple dont have, and hopefully soon apple will come with better invention. The reason. Samsung have the worst customer service. Their waiting time is longer than, possibly your life, after u wait its easy for them to disconnect, i believe in purpose, and never call back, and u have to speak to seven or 8 agents, and go over and over ur isdues with a new agent again, if u chating with them, they ignore you for hr. And then say, please go to such and such website as we have a high volume of clients ( i doubt. Probablytheir agents chat with each other), complete unprofessionalism. I personally regret switching to them after being with apple for 14 years, unfortunately, decieved by the Z fold. Company with no support and back up like samsung, worth nothing, company, with professional support and back up, even if their products is not that attractive, worth billion, like apple. Please switch to apple if u can, and never quit apple for samsung whatever their product is. See attached videos, this is one example of chattingwith samsung customer service, i wish i was able to record the other strugle i had it with them few weeks ago over the phone. My daughter 5 years old, knows how to respect people and answer their questions, more than samsung customer service
We purchased a Samsung Galaxy A52, June 2021, by Nov 2021 it was not working! They repaired with new motherboard and now less than 6 months later same problem and they say we've damaged it. Absolutely no marks or damage on outside of phone, but internal damage! Asked how it can be damaged inside but nothing on outside? Called head office and NO one could answer my question! Cost to repair $450! Less than year old and it's crap and a customer service that did absolutely NOTHING!
I have had an issue with an active samsung watch, the back fell off and burnt my skin and I called samsung to get the watch replaced. They have lied to me, ignored me, I sent my watch in and they have no idea where it is. This company is not professional at all and do not care about the consumers. They are such a big company, that taking care of the situation is not their prioity. I have owed samsung everything but I will no longer do this

In a nutshell I bought a dishwasher brand new in October of 2021. By February the dishwasher was no longer working and blinking lights and beeping indicating a leak. I had a I called the store where I bought it in Gatineau and they advised me to call Samsung direct. I did so and was told that they would be sending someone out. The repairman came out found evidence of leak in the lower basin yet was unable to determine the source. He left saying he would take a chance and replace the basin. With the dishwasher being brand new and the uncertainty of whether the fix would even address the problem I again called Samsung. In the end three conversations with executive customer service three chats and their response was to not only hang up on me on one occasion but also to leave me on hold for 15 minutes when I had immediately called back wishing the information of the agent who hung up on me. The executive customer service is terrible. There is no desire to make sure that the customer has a functioning appliance. The operators are unprofessional, the policy relating to dishwashers or appliances is that the repair person must say the devices unrepairable for them to consider replacement. In my case my dishwasher not only started to get mold but has been out of service for 3 months while I try to get this resolved. Again this is a dishwasher purchased in October of 2021 from Brault et Martineau Gatineau and has only worked for 3 months. There's apparently no way of escalating past the executive customer support and even while speaking to them they refuse to put me through to their supervisors. I am trying to get this dishwasher replaced and the battle continues. Do anyone else do not buy a Samsung dishwasher.

Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
