I came in with a Samsung Z Fold 3 phone, my screen bubbled and broke out of no where. I went to the Eaton Centre Location, The Sherway Location, and a location in Mississauga (that the people at Sherway told me to go to). I came to all of these stores because I still had the one year extended warranty that I paid for and Samsung guarantees. I would never suggest going to Samsung to purchase any of their products because this company does not care about the customers at all. I waisted three hours of my day to try and get my phone fixed at the Eaton Centre location, but it was not possible to get my phone fixed under the warranty because of one little nick that I had on the side of my phone. If this only happened once, then this would not be an issue but this occurred more than once for me. I had another one of my Samsung phones break in winter of 2019, and I also had the one year warranty that Samsung guarantees and yet again they said that the warranty was obsolete and I had to spend even more money on the company when it says in their warranty policy that I should get it for free up to a year of purchase. Overall, I have had such a bad experience with the Samsung company.

Purchased a 50 inch and 70 inch 4k tv. They glitch horribly. They lag and load very slowly like 1995 slow. I also had purchased a $2000. 00 refrigerator. The piss poor company they used to deliver "XPO logistics" refused to deliver the refrigerator into the house per Samsung agreement. Complained to Samsung, they did nothing, next delivery was a month out. Samsung did not refund me my money until weeks later, making you jump through hoops.

Bought a refurbished phone, camera wouldn't focused and made a weird clicking noise, tried to return it and they wouldn't take it back because of a scratch on the back of the phone. The phone was broken when they sold it to me and they wouldn't take it back because of a tiny scratch on their flimsy phone. Customer service guy was rude and yelled at me accusing me of breaking the phone and trying to return it. Threw the whole phone away. I'll never buy Samsung again.

I bought the samsung S22 ultra and traded in my samsung S22 ultra 5g. Samsung charged my credit card $829.25 and said they never received the phone! Wow, I'm in the battle now trying to get my money back! I have spent thousands of dollars on smart watches, cellphones, and bluetooth devices from samsung. No More this is a nightmare!

I bought a range, used the stovetop about 3x and 5 weeks in the surface is rubbing off. They told me it was my fault customer caused damage. How, by putting a pot on top of the stove? I guess they think we're supposed to hold it above the range top and let it hover so it never touches the surface. I've had glass stovetops for 15 years, I only use cerama bryte which is their recommended cleaner and the surface is peeling off. Samsung's warranty is a sham, they'll just blame the customer no matter what so they don't have to pay a dime to fix their defective products. DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG

Worst company ever

I traded in My N20 ultra, and spent 285.00 on the device. It worked fine until about 2 months in. My device has been remotely locked and I have tried several times to get Samsung to unlock it. I followed all the rules outlined in the terms and conditions yet they claim to have not received my phone trade in and now expect me to track it down. That's not what is written in the terms. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and now they illegally locked my device in an attempt to bully me out of another 1000. 00 I would never recommend any Samsung product to anyone again.

Terrible service and warrenty problems

Never ever make the mistake of buying a Samsung phone from Samsung. If there is any problem at all they will force you to go 5-7 days without a phone. They will not under any circumstance send you a loaner or replacement up front.

The service people and managers are absolutely soul crushing in there apathy and ambivalence (Ben the 'manager' suggested everyone should keep a spare phone handy. He does!). They managed to turn a brand loyalist into a 'never again'.

I managed to order a brand new Pixel 6 pro and trade in this ZFold (worth ~$400 on trade in) faster than they could open a warranty tickets.

Save yourself the trouble and deal with a company that is customer minded (even if you HAVE to have a samsung phone - don't buy it from them)

Customer service is non existant

Purchased wireless phone charger 12/2021. Broke 04/2022. Sent to them and replacement was sent to an address I lived at 10 years ago. 10-15 calls later and it's 08/2022 now and I STILL DONT have my replacement. CRAZY!

I ordered Samsung galaxy M32 on 4th July 2022. My Order ID: *******7886. They sold me defective phone. Finally, after lots of complaints including one in consumer forum they picked it up on 21st July 2022. My consumer forum Grievance Number: *******. Today is 31st July 2022, still I do not get any refund or replacement. They are just giving false promises.

Do not make mistake like I do. Otherwise, you will have to call them daily and get same bull$#*! again and again.

We bought the 8QLED TV 65 inch for 4,000.00 dollars for our second home and they extended our warranty to cover parts and labor but they disconitnued the parts and cant fix the tv and wont give us a new never us samsung they don't stand behind there product or when they have an employee say somthing they will change it to there benefit

We have place a order and for last 1 and a half month and still the appliances didn't arrived. Samsung says XPO is at fault and XPO says Samsung. I have 2 small kids, 2 senior citizens at home we all are suffering and these guys are just playing a blaming game. $#*!s. Pls don't order online even if you get a good deal. It's going to drain you emotionally and physically.

A couple of months ago we ordered our Smart Slide-in Induction Range at Samsung.com along with the recommended trim kit accessory for our new kitchen which was still under renovation at the time. We placed this order early on because we kept hearing about how everything such as major appliances gets long delayed. We tried to delay delivery of our order with Samsung but to no avail. They had the product and ready or not, it arrived before our kitchen was ready for it. When it was finally installed, we discovered that the trim kit accessory does not even fit properly (it's metal, so it can't even be cut to fit). Also, the trim kit are just pieces are supposed to stick on top of the range surface with adhesive - like how long is THAT supposed to last? - in a perimeter, so it does absolutely nothing to prevent any spills from going into the gap between the range and any adjacent counters. But, since this is now obviously outside of their paltry 15-day return window there is simply nothing that anybody who you're lucky to even reach in customer service can help with. I am simply trying to return an unused trim kit accessory because it does not even fit the range it was meant for and Samsung makes reaching a human EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND FRUSTRATING (which is clearly their whole objective) so that the short clock quickly runs out and then lo and behold, they are VERY SORRY for the inconvenience of course, but there is nothing they can do now.

Samsung appliance warranty for service is terrible. If you need a part you may have to wait a month before your appliance would be repaired. This is after waiting for two weeks for a tech to show up. Called a number of appliance repair shops and they do not work with Samsung due to the impossible requirements that they must meet. Wished I had checked the reviews on Samsung before purchasing their products.

Samsung website never work correctly when you try to make a purchase with discount offer. It happened to me when I tried to purchase my S22 Ultra and now the same when i tried to buy the Book 2 Pro 360. The discount doesn't applied. Contact their support. Virtually useless.

Frustrated

I just received my Samsung device back from the repair center. Unfortunately the touchpad does not work. They were supposed to fix the touchpad and they emailed and said that they had replaced the touchpad with the new touchpad but like I just said, the touchpad does not work. I'm really getting sick and tired of having to send the device and packet and wait and not have my device when I need it. Can you please simply send me a new replacement device that works correctly? I'm still under warranty and I'm very very frustrated. I would also like to file an official Complaint with Samsung. How do I do that?

I bought SM-A736 on ebay. Phone is OK, but service is terrible. 3 times I spent time to try to register phone in my account. SamsungPro? Told me, that they did it and I have to check my account in 12(24) hrs. But I do not see any results. May be support is OK, that Website is bad, or vice versa. I have Samsung phones last 5-7 years, I did not have any troubles with phones. Now I have troubles (not with phone) with support.

After purchasing a Samsung refrigerator I had nothing but problems with it. I had the geek squad over to fix it so many times can't count. Samsung admitted to the service tech that was working on it that the problems were due to poor engineering design. Samsung won't fix it as they have now service trips in WI. So their answer is to pay me 40 percent of what I paid for it. That stinks. A refrigerator should last longer than 6 years. Also they should be taking care of this as it was a problem from the start. Elen talking to their so called refund depth. They told me they would reimburse 70 percent of what I paid. They sent me a message with s link for the refund. It basically wanted me to click a button stating I agreed to refund. Again I called at that time was told they would refund only 40 percent. I asked to speak to person that set up the refund to begin with. She said I can't transfer calls there. What kind of customer service is this. They don't take care of their products even after admitting it was an engineering mistake. And then to lie to customer on phone. I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN.

Screen protector that come on phone is cracked. I have spent HOURS on call with Samsung and have got no help at all. I spend a lot of money on phones, but this is absolutely the worst phone and phone service I have ever had.

Samsung dryer
July 6, 2022

Dryer was being delivered on June 29th between 9-1 never showed up. Called and was told in was now 7pm. Now being delivered 7/12. Tried to call Samsung, kept me waiting an hour before I hung up. I am canceling or and will never buy Samsung again!
