I suggest NOT TO EVER BUY SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR. Our ref was only 4 months old and it's freezing/icing inside the ref. My hubby is a maintenance guy, but when we youtube the Samsung issue, we found that it was a design flaw, wow! We paid $2500 and this bull$#*! is not working up to par. Ditch any Samsung products... my cell phone is Samsung and it drops calls, our high end washer and dryer were also pieces of $#*!...

I purchased a Galaxy active to watch about a year and a half ago. Had no issues with it till recently when it stopped charging. Called up Samsung and they stated it was still under manufacturer warranty. Awesome so I sent it to them. About a week later I received an email stating that my warranty will not cover the repair due to water was inside the watch. I found that hard to believe because water never touched it. Yes I'm one of those guys who took off his watch when was raining because I don't trust the "water resistant". They wanted me to pay an extra $238 dollars to fix the motherboard. Told them no thank you because if arm sweat can disable a $300 watch it's not worth it for me. They sent the watch back and two days later I decided to charge it one more time. The battery started working again. So now I have questions if the warranty department even looked at my watch. I do not believe in motherboard angels and don't believe that they sprinkled chipped dust to make why watch working again. So I guess maybe it's time for me to get out of my safety zone and try out other products. Sorry for the long story. Thank you Samsung for not fixing my watch. It's working now

I remodeled my home in 2018 and used all Samsung products in my kitchen, except for the dishwasher. This is the worst mistake of my life. The refrigerator has gone on the blink numerous times. The most recent was right before the Xmas holidays. Prior to this one of their technicians came out in 2020 and told me I needed a new motor. However, while waiting for the new motor it began working again. It worked for another six months before going out again in 2021. Here it is August, 2022 and it's out again. I'm so tired of these appliances. Additionally, the oven also has problems and from time to time it overloads and I have to unplug it and keep it unplugged for a day or so and than it works again. Anyway, I've never experienced any of these concerns with Highpoint, Sears, Frigidaire or any off brand. The TV 65' inch also has had to have a board replaced. While my LGs are still going strong. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again will I purchase SAMSUNG appliances. Cheap and time consuming to say the least. I have a cell phone I love. Miserable in Maryland. This has been a nightmare. Nothing but trouble. Than they have the nerve to charge for the service since the appliances are out of warranty; even though this problem has been continuous.

The technician that is here for the refrigerator is the same one that also came with his son to fix the microwave handle.

I've had to throw out food also. It went out on Sunday and it's Thursday and they're just getting here. I'm so frustrated.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. By far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Roger from Samsung care is an absolute liar and scum. These guys won't accept their own receipt that they provided me. How ridiculous is that. Hung up on me called back, they don't have a manager apparently. Third fridge they sent me that doesn't work and I can't even get my money back. Stay away from Samsung products.

Horrible

If I could give zero stars I would! Had a problem with my 5 month old refrigerator and their customer service was so unhelpful. Spent many hours on the phone for a two week period, trying to resolve and never did get it resolved. The part for a 5 month old refrigerator is no longer being made by Samsung, and they said there is nothing that they can do about it. Stay away from this company or buying anything from them.

They have the worst customer service representatives. Sent a non working refrigerator. They kept on transferring to different departments just for asking the replacement of defective product. It is Samsung Bespoke model and they wanted us to live with it for 3 more weeks in non working condition.

Website full of errors

While I think Samsung does very good deals for trade-ins and buying a new phone, their website for ordering is HORRIBLE. I spent 2 days trying to pre-order their new z fold 4 and every time I try there is an error that prevents me from checking out. In addition to this, once I finally got my order through, I saw that some of the credit from a promotion was not added. I spoke with an "expert" through the chat service on the app and they instructed me to cancel my previous order, and re-order so they could email me the credits. Once I did all the "expert" had told me, they disconnected and I never heard anything about how to get my credit sent to me. I spoke with support about this issue and its been a week without anything resolved. I only get emails every few days letting me know that it is under review.

Overall, the website crashes and has a ton of errors, and the customer service is bad enough to where the "experts" seem to just lie to you and then disconnect when they realize they have given you false info.

Famous tactic

Bought a tablet in June of 2022. Started having issues with the video playback on it In August of 2022. While in full screen and playing video or movie it will continuously jump by 10,20 or 30 sec. At a time. Acting like the screen is being pushed multiple time in a row. While in partial screen it will either pick the ad or next video that is in the upper right hand corner of the screen. I sent this tablet into Samsungto be fixed as it was still under warranty. It came back to me with the same issue and Samsung not having found any issues with the tablet. I called to find out the next step as the issue continues to happen. It was then that Samsung told me that they had found an LSD issue with the screen and was voiding my warranty. Even though my paperwork shows no issue found. No attempt was made to ask me if I wanted the issue fixed at my expense. Or any other normal steps that would have been taken to resolve this issue if there had been an LCD issue. It's my belief that this was done for only one reason. If we break it down it only leaves one reason. Because it was under warranty Samsung either had to fix or replace the tablet. The issue probably isn't fixable so they were left with replacing it. They didn't want to do that. So they sent it back to me with no issue found. Then changed it to LCD issue to void my warranty. Now they no longer have to replace or repair the tablet cause warranty is voided. I offered to take it to a local service center and they have 2 close to me. But Samsung insist that their repair center in NJ has final and ultimate say. If they say they found an LCD issue then that's what it is and the warranty is voided. As you can see in the photos there is no LCD damage on screen. Photo 1 is taken by the tablet showing the repair ticket where Samsung found nothing wrong. Photo 2 is a screen shot of this review. Photo 3 is a photo taken by my Samsung phone of the screen of the Samsung tablet. No where is there LCD damage but my warranty is voided on 92 day year old purchase. I will never buy another Samsung product again. I hate Apple but would rather give them my money this crooked company. Hope this was useful to someone.

I bought all Samsung Appliances for my house Refrigerator, Range Oven, Microwave Oven. After two years Microwave numbers stop working and start working randomly. All numbers on the panel would not work and on repeated trying a random number would work. Oven began spewing steam through the control panel when baking something. On the refrigerator, when I replaced the filter, it will still indicate my filter need replacement and old. All in all Samsung appliances for me is very shoddy quality despite cosmetics on the outside.

Poor service

I bought s71 in February 2022 at first phone was okay. In June it wouldn't let me make call or receive calls same in text messages. I went to boost store 3 different times. They couldn't fix it. On lady took the Sim card out replaced it with another one. After that it said no Sim card. They told me it was internal issue with the phone told to to call samsung support. I was able to use my Facebook still make calls through Facebook. I was in Florida when this happened. My home is in Michigan. When I called samsung they had me send my phone into tech support I did on the 13 th of August my phone was still under warranty until December. It would be free of change. Then on the 16th I got email saying I have to pay 172 dollars for the phone to be fixed cause it was water damage when I was talking to the support guy that's what he told me. My phone didn't get wet. I was still using it when I sent it to them. I don't think tech ppl done there jobs right. If it was water damaged I wouldn't have been using my phone at all. The just didn't want to fix it or give my money that I payed for the junk S71. I know lots of bad reviews on that phone. I wish I would've done more research on it before I bought it. I'm out alot of money because of this and samsung tech. Not happy at all.

TERRIBLE WASHER

I purchased a Samsung washer. I yr and one month later it broke. Out of warranty They could not fix it. Charged 160 dollars to come out and tell me that. TERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE customer service. And no kind of compensation whatsoever

5 Calls at 3 hours a pop! A dishwasher within the 1 year warranty with a chemical smell coming from the plastic tub. Service Quick came out and said they could not find a reason for the chemical smell. They took apart the machine and said submitted a report saying NDF - No Defect found. But yet at our home said he couldnt find a reason for the defect, but confirmed it was defective. The smell was strong and he understood our concern and reason for calling. The plastic tub must not have BAKED when manufactured and the CHEMICAL oder was leaking onto the plates and utensils. He said the way he has to response on the report is to say its UNREPAIRABLE - but he also wrote NDF - No Defect Found and therefore caused a huge back and forth with SAMSUNG. They said they only cover repairs and since he said NO DEFECT WAS FOUND THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE THE UNIT OUT. THEY SAID A SMELL IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, THEY NEEDED DAMAGE TO THE UNIT TO BE PROVEN. RIDICULOUS!

Dishwasher door liner failed. Warranty clearly states lifetime warranty if door liner fails samsung will replace with equivalent or better. But samsung does not want to replace bur provide partial refund. After several hours and calls they agreed to provide a full refund and then few days later changed their mind. Absolutely untrustworthy and a.al... pl do not buy samsung appliances even if they give them away. PLEASE BOYCOTT Samsung!

Lousy Service

I purchased a washer on July 16th and delivery was rescheduled twice and finally delivered on August 11th but now they just leave the washer in the garage and say they do not have parts to install and I should call and schedule next week so they can come following week and they even refuse to use the parts I already have
DO NOT BUY APPLIANCE FROM SAMSUNG.COM, a very lousy company with rude employees

Bad products

I have two houses with all Samsung products both refrigerators failed at around 5 years just out side of the warranty.my stove had the ceramic coating in the oven flake off and on top. This was replaced under warranty in the first year. I was told my most recent refrigerator failure was covered then I was told I had to pay to get a local diagnoses. 265.00 then they refused to warranty 3400. 00 for a fridge that only lasted 5 years. Customer be ware pretty products, but lousy function

S22-Ultra, 2 Lemons in a row!

I upgraded a few months ago to the S22 ultra (from the S21+), and I received a lemon, (the phone would not charge, a whole night would charge to 50%).
So I reached out to Samsung, and they said they'd send me a replacement, which had to be done by me "ordering" a new one, and also lose $150 in the promo I had... (besides for the ~4 hours spent on the phone with them)
BUT... ok, it is what it is, I'll lose the $150, and get a good phone, right?
Wrong!
3 months later, the phone does not want to connect to service (I tried a different provider, new SIM, reset, Verizon store, ubreakifix store, and they all said it's the phone)
So, I figure I'll just call Samsung and get it fixed by warranty, but the only way they can fix it is if I send it into them and wait a week or 2,
I can't really afford that as I don't have a second phone, and I explain that I even already did the walk-in "support request" who said the phone is a lemon, but nothing helped, and it seems the only way for me to get Samsung to stand behind their product is by not having a phone for 2 weeks,
I can't do that, so I had no choice but to get a replacement via my insurance which cost me another $230...

I actually used to be quite a fan of Samsung, I have a phone, watch, tablet, and earbuds from them, and they're all quite good (except for the buds... and now the phone).
But I'm afraid they're going down in quality, as 2 phones in a row to be lemons is quite unheard of!
