What you see is NOT what you get. The weight on the 88/12% ground beef is significantly overstated. I bought several packages of this ground beef and most were labeled with weights ranging from 4.84 - 4.87lbs. All the packages actually weighed 4.1 - 4.3lbs. That's with tray and meat. I spoke with the manager at Sam's and was basically dismissed. Buyers beware.

Visited Hickory, NC Sam's Club on New Years Eve just to find it hard to shop due to pallets of merchandise blocking several aisles. Literally had to step over or sqeeze between pallets to shop. It was like trying to cross a one lane bridge with several cars waiting on both sides. Finally just gave up and left. Sad that I have to pay for bad customer service. Went across the street to WalMart and then Lowes to get what I needed and guess what? Don't have to pay to shop there yet much better experience.

All 8 cans were replaced with dented cans at warehouse and box was resealed with blue tape prior to shipping it out to consumer. This is unacceptable and dishonest!

Sam's came back trying to make excuses that carrier may have damaged box. (No, outside box was intact.) Sam's also said "they don't repackage unless box was damaged accidentally". As the photo shows, carton is intact! How did cans get dented, tape on box?

New meaning for rebate
December 30, 2021

Rebate is meant to be tedious and sometimes failed. Sam's Club just upped the limit - NADA.
Spent over an hour on Android and iPhone phones subsequently with failure one after another (multiple attempts each phone). It's smooth to provide personal info and Paypal log in. But refused to release fund. "Error happen". Took me more time to change Paypal password, drove to refund, and wrote this review. Is it worth it to claim rebates at Sam's Club anymore? Not again. Never. Not one to blame but YOU!

As big as a company as Sam's Club is WHY in the HELL are the customer service ppl in the PHILIPPINES? They know NOTHING! If you ask for someone in the USA they "cant do that" WTF?! Im trying to get my account fixed and they don't have the common sense on what to do that!

I was at the local Sam's Club and it was not 10 AM yet so they would not let me make a purchase even though I am a senior citizen. I will be canceling my membership and will never go back. I am done with there games.

I have been going to Sam's in Loveland Colorado for 20 years and have been very happy with it. Over the last 2 months I have been in the store 3 or 4 times and each time I see more and more customers without masks. Colorado has a state wide mandate and Sam's is clearly not doing that. I asked why and was told because a couple of people got upset. So Sam's thinks it's okay to endanger the customers who adhere to the mandate. They obviously don't care if they're customers or employees get sick because of a few selfish people. I really don't want to go somewhere else but I may have to. Sam's is being morally wrong in putting people at risk. It's a state wide mandate and they have just decided they will not comply. What does that say about their company. Think twice about putting yourself at risk by going to Sam's club Loveland Colorado. Sam's doesn't realize the mandate is not up for discussion. It is not a suggestion, they don't have a choice, they are required to do it. Why do they think it doesn't apply to them.

My husband is a front line worker & uses Sam's nitrile gloves for work because they don't tear. They were out of stock for a year but they finally got some in—$16 a box. I added them to my cart and the total was $60 for 2 boxes—almost double the shown price. It's been 36 hours since I contacted Sam's Help on Twitter, and they refuse to help. All they will say is "we'll let you know if there are updates." Lol seriously? Honestly I'm really surprised that a major chain would have such openly shady practices and be so bold about it. Well I don't like it and I'm ending my membership and I'm going to make sure people know about it. Be careful if you buy from Sam's Club and double-check your transactions.

We've been calling Sam's Club Tire and Battery for weeks. I even called many locations. The results were the same. Their voice message sounds like they appreciate our business but it's not enough appreciation when they do NOT answer our calls. I even tried the "O" operator and no answer there either. Today I did the Online Chat for almost an hour and was told to call the store to find out the status. But that was the reason I did Online Chat... no one answers the phone at the store. What a BAD way to do business. We had the same experience this summer when my auto needed a battery/tires. Joanna V

THIS IS CRAZY

I ordered via Sam's Club Online. My order NEVER came. I called customer service immediately after receiving the order delivered email. The order was reordered by them and expected to come the next day. That order NEVER came; although I began calling an hour into my delivery window. I spent the next THREE HOURS on the phone with several different inept employees who told me I could only be refunded with a gift card in 7-14 business days when my payment exited my account immediately... ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

Flexibility needed

Today I was scheduled for a 4:00PM COVID19 BOOSTER SHOT. Let me start by stating I've been living with multiple sclerosis for 10
Years. Needless to say, it has been a
Challenge. The Sams Club in Kissimmee Florida does not have sufficient handicap parking. However this is not the nature of my complaint.
The pharmacy personnel were extremely courteous and kind however due to store policy they lack the flexibility to accommodate special needs. After struggling to find parking and struggling to walk to the back of the store to the pharmacy I was told that they could not provide my COVID-19 booster shot because I did not have the physical COVID19 CARD. However as suggested by the CDC I do carry a photograph copy of the card which is not accepted.
I am clearly physically handicapped with very limited use of the left side of my body as well as severe drop foot. In spite of the obvious I was told they could not give me the booster shot and I needed to reschedule my appointment. I'm asking Sam's Club administration or the federal government to give pharmacies the flexibility and power to accommodate where accommodation is desperately needed.

I'm asking for myself and for every disabled person who struggles with mobility.

I understand that there are dissatisfied customers, and there always will be. I must say that I am on the opposite side. I never had any issue with Sam's club so far, even though I read tons of bad reviews here. Their staff is average and I must admit that, "average" in the mood of what it really needs to be a salesman or store clerk. Never the fact, I understand that they were unstaffed as well, so it will take time to train the employees. I never had any issues with their products as well, either it was ordered online or was picked up from their store.

Horrible customer service

I received and item damaged I call and sent pictures the lady told me to keep the item my money would be refunded so why today is the 16 and I still haven't received my money so I call and they told me they was waiting on the item after they told me to keep the item now they saying they're sending someone to pick the item up and it will be another 5 - 7 business days before I receive my money I'll never order nothing from them again this the second time this have happened but never again

Choice fillets
December 15, 2021

On Dec 11,2021 I purchased two pre-trimmed packages of four Choice Fillets in each. My guess is that a quarter of the fillets had to be scrapped. The butcher who was responsible for trimming the whole fillet should at a minimum be retrained. I have purchased whole tenderloins in the past at Sam's and was quite satisfied. I'm afraid I will have to look at other options when shopping for my meat.

Total nightmare

Try to order my purchase twice every time it kept going through the Sam's Club store where it was not available and the second time I was told absolutely it was coming from the warehouse both times it got canceled second time because it was sent through the store again even though they said it wouldn't be all they did was argue so I canceled everything including the membership

Misleading customers

In sugar land TX, they have a sign clearly says men and ladies perfumes for $35.98. I've seen this sign for long time now and everytime I stop by to smell the perfumes but don't buy because I was not ready so I just leave. Today I decided to buy for my sister and her husband as a Christmas gift. I tried to find the ones I liked underneath the samples buy all were there are completely different brands than the sample ones which is weird. I asked an employee he mentioned that more perfumes are in another section. When I went to get the ones I liked, I found completely different prices! I was very disappointed. I found a manager and told her that's misleading. All she said was "thanks for your concern".
I am very disappointed and unhappy with misleading me. I planned my budget accordingly. I expected her to say that she would give it to me with the given price because it's their mistake.
I joined Costco for 3 months but it was inconvenient because it was far. When I spoke the manager, he refunded the full amount of the membership not even a penny was deducted. This is the 100% customer satisfaction.

Bad fruits and vegetables

Purchased strawberries, raspberries, grapes and mushrooms from Sam's. Put the items in my refrigerator when I got home. I was going to treat my grandchildren when they cam over the next day. When I began to was the fruits I noticed mold on the grapes that were on some of the grapes and the ones on the bottom were rotten. The raspberries were also bad. The mushrooms did not look fresh in the middle of the package. I don't think that Sam's inspect their produce before it is put out. Boxes are piled on top of boxes.

Very Disappointed

Hello my name is Angela Harris and I have had A Sam's Club membership with Two families using it since 2006 I just found out after paying off my Sam's credit card # ending 5413 was closed because I was TWO DAYS late NOT 30 DAYS making my payment two months in a year and I am Very upset and Will post and comment on as many media platforms as I can. Because I have spoken with customer service and explained that I am fighting Cancer and struggling to make sure that I NOT MORE THAN A COUPLE DAYS LATE. But when you have to wait on your check it's out of my control but still only a few days and have been told EVERYTIME YOUR FINE MS. HARRIS.

I will No Longer Use Sam's Club I will use BJ's I just opened a business but Sam's club No longer wants my money, because THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. And will definitely loose.

I am going to tell as many people as I can YOU DO NOT WANT A SAM'S CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. And your customer service is Rude and unempathetic.

Yours Truly Disappointed
