We bought brand new Pirelli Tires in September 2020 for our vehicle. Had a flat on Tuesday and took the tire I. To get fixed. But of course they couldn't fix a tire that showed little wear. Oh No! They needed us to buy a new tire. Here's the rub. Because Pirelli's newly designed tire is so "SPECIAL". We couldn't just buy one. We were told by Ed(the manager at the Glendale Sam's Club) that the new tires couldn't be paired with our only 16 month old tires. We had to buy 2 new tires that matched. Are you kidding me? Who designs such a tire? It would possibly cause damage to vehicles if not matched with the same type tire? It sounds like a bunch of Bull$#*! yo me. Is it so Sam's Club doesn't have to use their own Warranty? Ed at first told us he would Comp the second tire. But he then prorated both tires. When we called him on it. He wouldn't even follow what he said. He is a liar and a cheat. Sam's Club Assistant Manager even backed him up. We spent over $144.00 on 2 tires I don't think we even needed. Certainly we shouldn't have had to pay for a tire Ed says we can't even use as a spare. Really? The tires are so "SPECIALLY" designed to not even allow us to use a 16 month old perfectly fine tire? Who the hell designed this Scam? PIRELLI OR SAM'S? Or are they both in this to rip off the public. I'm pissed as hell and am going to spread this nonsense to let the public to not Trust Ed, Sam's Club or Pirelli Tires.
Got new tires, next day, pucture brand new tire, drop off blown tire at sams, guy says"none in stock, got to order one". 3 days later, oops, wrong tire, order another. A week has passed now, your tire is ready that will be $21 for install. We can put it in the trunk for you, since you brought it in! So there I am in their parking lot changing the tire myself, at 20 degrees, looking into the warm garage, with an empty lift, and 3 tire guys watching me. Was I supposed to drive the flat tire a hundred miles, rent a car for a week or what
Purchase it because members mark was out of stock! Having 95% of the 2 ply separate while using it into one ply is rediculous! Proctor and Gamble, the makers of it require a person to jump through lots of hoop if you try to get satisfaction, they are rediculuous! Dollar stores is better till go back to the club
Sam's club member mark socks are the worst socks I've ever purchased before in my life I recommend no one buys them I've bought packs and time after ti'm after time I wear them once wash them and holes form
This was the Worst and LONGEST pick up experience EVER, from ANY store I've ever been to! This is in El Paso, TX. Customer service was NON existent. I waited for about 20-25 minutes for a pick up, and I was the only customer there! Two other customers came, got their groceries delivered and left. The employee didn't even have the courtesy to come over two spaces to my vehicle and ask if I have been helped. I actually had to call their store's number, and after like 50 rings some girl finally picked up and took my information and said she'd let the pick up crew know I was out there. FINALLY some guy came out, took my order number and said there was a glitch in their system and my order didn't show that I checked in. Ok, fine, but what's the excuse for the employees that were already out there helping other customers with their pick ups? They could've came over to ask if I needed help. Pretty pathetic. Then, FINALLY someone came out with my order, only the first thing out of his mouth was, "I just got back from lunch so idk what's going on". So obviously the first employee told him that there's an upset customer waiting for him. They have the most rude and fake employees that I've ever come across. I could've went in to get my own groceries and been done before this pick up was even completed. If I didn't have to be somewhere, I wouldn't have even attempted the pick up to begin with. Horrible experience. That's to be expected from a bunch of kids for employees. They aren't trained to have any customer service. Thinking of cancelling my membership.
I am a Costco shopper but decided to try Sams as it's closer to my work and hubs uses them for work things. I went in today to purchase some butter. I'm at checkout-#1 hate scanning my own stuff. I don't use self checkout anywhere. Screen wants me to upgrade my membership. I don't want to. Asked for help. 2 mgrs came over. Still couldn't scan my $100 worth of items. They tell me it's because I'm not a VIP- Not 10am. Ridiculous #2. Then I ask about what is scan and Go as I had an item like that. Inform me I have to use my phone and scan item to get the discount. #3 Ridiculous. I handed them back the item and asked to have it removed as I'm not doing that! I'm already scanning, boxing my own items. Now you want me to use the app and scan my items. I have worked 30 yrs in retail and this new scan to get discounts is Ridiculous! Many companies are using it and it's just a way to hire less people.
Waste of time not worth the few cents you save at the gas pump. Worst gas line setup ever. People cutting line and jumping in front of you and no one there to control traffic.
Does Sam's Club think everyone is stupid?! I bought their brand of Bacon "Member's Mark", it said 16 oz... 1 lb. I took it out of the package, weighed the packaging, then zeroed out the scale and added the bacon... 15.15 oz.
Price keeps going up, but they are shorting us on product!

Robyn worked for over 2 hrs on the phone with the Sam's Club credit card division, trying to straighten out our account. She is very patient and never gave up.
I however am not happy with the credit card company. I have spent less time buying a new car opposed to applying for a credit card.
I have been a member of Sam's Club for a few years now. I enjoy the in-store savings on a lot of the products. But during Christmas i shopped on-line for a mini fridge. It looked like a good deal, great price. But after receiving the item. There were a few dents throughout the fridge, also the fridge does not get cold enough to be of much use.
Suddenly my membership card did not work on check out. I was told it expired. The renewal was sent six weeks prior. I came home an started a two hour process going through six representatives and who knows how many departments. I noticed only one rep spoke English as a primary language and communication was a problem. I have been a business customer for thirty-one years. I suggested to #6 he might activate my membership for a month while we find out why my renewal had not been. He had to take that idea to a supervisor for eventual approval. Suddenly, BJ's and Costcos are looking better. Sam would be ashamed.
Sam's Club took it upon themselves to charge $45 on my credit card for a membership renewal. Without my permission or notifying me. Created a fire storm at my end. 3 o'clock in the morning receiving text messages from fraud protection. Next morning emails and phone calls from my credit union regarding fraudulent charge. Took a while to figure out it was Sam's Club. Needless to say I canceled my membership and never got my $45 back
It is sad when you have been a member since 2010 and with way things happen with Covid hitting you and you have a return payment on your account and correct the issue with in 24 hours and they close your account It is sad how you get treated and no communication. Try to take with CS and they could not do anything. Sad that a company would treat a member this way.
We bought ribs in the sam's club in Danville, VA in the In the back meat dept. today, Where they usually have the roasted chickens. Never purchased before but already cooked & barbequed, which was on the sign above. They were horrible. Seems as though ribs were cooked a week ago & warmed over. The meat was So hard & chewy. I tried calling them but no one would answer phone in that dept. If I didnt live an hour
away, I would carried them back to the store.
I've been a member and shopped at sam's club for many years, worst experience I've had with food. I hope no one else purchased this horrible meat, They should be ashamed of themselves for sellin such food to their members.

Back in August I had purchased member's Mark beef and cheddar sausage as I was eating one found a foreign piece of object in it returned it and said I want to know what this is had to call the main office got to claim number and I said I do not want it to be swept underneath the carpet since then nothing had been done finally got in touch with somebody again at the beginning of December and they said they would have somebody call me within 7 to 10 days 3 weeks later still no call then I'm got back with the claims department and told them and then I did get a call just to listen to a guy making accusations about the foreign object because now there's no proof someone had discarded it I'm very displeased about how it was handled and next time if it happens again to me or anyone else instead of returning the product return it to an attorney and let them handle the case
Very bad customer service. They can, t fix the issue. Totally Waste of time. I called 4 times for the same issue and still not fixed.
I had terrible wait time for online order and curbside pickup. The idea of ordering online is for the convenience. No line and no waiting. The wait time for today was over 30 minutes and only after I said to an employee who came out for another customer did they bring out my order. It is ridiculous. No one answers the customer service phone line. Seriously you need to work on this better.
If you are going to join sams club at the gas station they do not take cash better to join bj's instead because bj' takes cash and card if im going to join a club i want a club that takes both cash and card because if you have no debit card just forget about it wasted my time and money joining sams club thats why i never ever joined sams club i tired it because of Tmobile tuesdays so if sams club is only good if your going to get food only im cancelling my sams club membership
Why are things unavailable for shipping (which should be free with my membership)? BUT delivery (the same things) available but I have to pay for delivery?
How wrong is this, or is it just me who thinks so?
I placed an order and the total was not deducted feom my account. Instead 5 separate transactions were taken from my account and 2 of the transactions were taken in and out of my account 4 times with in a 2 week period. Item was ordered 12/19 with a delivery fee of $157 and a delivery date of 1/4/22. January 6 2022, no updates had been given in the app or website about where my ordered item was. I canceled the order at 11pm on 1/6/22. Now today, 1/9/22 I have been charged again. Online doesn't provide phone number only chat. And the chat agent was rude and just kept telling me she couldn't cancel my order until she got ahold of the shipper and canceled the shipment. I told her to process my order cancelation and deal with that on company time not mine because she had me on hold for 40 minutes to cancel my order and still never did. I will NEVER shop with samsclub again in my life.
Answer: Sams club has no customer service. Costco is the way to go
