Kissimmee location has serious ordering issues. By driving out of my way & shopping Orlando location I can get 5 more items on my list. Mind you I only had 11 total items & Kissimmee was out of 5 of them... Totally unacceptable, believe I will use my visitors pass to BJs instead of driving to Orlando.
I realized on Saturday, 2 April 2022, the my credit card had been used fraudulently at Sams.com. I froze the card so it couldn't be used any more. I called a Sam's Club customer service person and advised them of what was going on and see if they could help. They asked for my membership number and the order number for the different orders. There were 7 all on the same day totaling almost $300.00. They asked several more times for my membership number. I kept telling them that I wasn't a member. She ended up telling me that because I wasn't a member they couldn't help me.
Beyound useless, 3rd world incompetent customer support. This company is the worst and only provides useless third world outsourced customer support for cheap labor. Sams Club is horrible!
While I generally like Sam's Club, I have become very frustrated with membership renewal. I recently renewed my membership using rewards for partial payment. When I went to pay my credit card, I found I had been charged for the full membership on the card. After more than 2 hours of effort I have been unable to resolve this. I have the choice of throwing away the "Sam's cash" or canceling my membership. Clearly my 22 years of membership mean nothing to Sam's Club.
I visited Sams club on Tuesday 3/28 with my sister to purchase a few items.We are both Sams club members but had separate orders. I purchased the chicken and since I only eat the breast offered the legs to my sister, We all know that times are hard and since we are both over 70 this helps us. I got a plastic bag and proceeded to take the legs off and gave them to my sister. When we got to the cashier she immediately called over her supervisor to inspect the plastic with the 2 legs. Needless to say we were throughly embarrassed and explained what it was. The supervisor inspected the bag and walked away. Neither the clerk or the supervisor offered an apology,. We were obviously seniors and were not trying to steal.
I will not be going to Sams Club anytime soon.
Medford, NY Sam's club is a disgrace. I spent $700 in one shop on groceries first of all.the members mark breaded chicken tenders was the first problem my daughter said they tasted like bad fish. Then my entire bag of oranges rotted in less than 3 days. The croissants i bought molded. Almost every item in the store is $10.00 or more - THIS IS NOT A BARGAIN! WE ALSO PAY A MEMBERSHIP FEE TO KEEP PRICES DOWN BUT THEY CONTINUE TO SKY ROCKET and the GAS saving 2 cents per gallon is no bargain either you can get gas cheaper at the indian reservation
Took a 30 min online chat, 4 phone calls, and a trip to Sam club to cancel my membership that they charged me early for. Every time I called Sam clubs help line someone would either pick up and hang up or pick up and all you'd hear was background noise and staff warming up food. Literally had no help until I actually went to the store, because they had 1 genuine human to help. Overall crap experience, now i understand why my friends do Costco or BJs.
I was trying to get my frozen yogurt from the food court, one of the employees thought I was trying to steal because I went there twice and because I'm black. She denied that she was making a racist accusation, and she kept arguing with me.
I was very disappointed with the birthday cake I bought from Sam's. It was lopsided and the size of it was also disappointing. Don't buy a cake there unless it's a sheet size cake. Every other departments are great.
The Sam's Club Pearl City Hawaii 99% of the time NEVER answers the phone. The downtown Honolulu, HI location is slightly better in this department. Costco in this department of answering their phones and having a separate person placing your goods being purchased in your cart definitely speeds up the progress of getting in and out of the Club. I've spoken to upper management and GM's at Sam's about this matter of not answering their phones. It truly falls on deaf hears. Sam's Club has forced me into doing my bi-weekly shopping at Costco.
This company thinks they are smarter and thinks can get away with it. Of it that way. They keep replacing good stuff with more cheaper generic branded stuff and acting like nobody is going to notice it or is suppose to. Where is the dark Romaine green in this salad? I see the worthless root and brown tips on chopped ends. They used to have a bigger bad with bigger sauce bag and dark green leafs. But it got too good to keep around. Place is like the Colorado Rockies. Once you get too good they get rid of you. Place is getting worse by the day. How do they do it and get away with it? Blind baseless Tolerance. What else? Bottom of the barrel shopping Can do better with free membership at Walmart itself. Why pay for one here and get worse service?
I have a 6 room Hotel in a rural area. Have to drive 80 miles to get to my nearest Sam's. Very frustrating that they are always out of basics that I need.
First time at this store and found it extremely clean, friendly and very well organized. Time to check out and having a 'gift card in hand' not sure how it would be handled and stood on the check-out line. A woman came over to us and said she would check us out. Her name was Katrina and told us it was her pleasure to check us out to shorten the cashier only line. Explained about our gift card and reason we were not on the self check line. No problem, she was happy to help. We just moved to the another area and so impressed with this store and the people in it. Your Sam's Club will become our shopping pleasure and please make this store a 'Pilot' of what a store & FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE should look like. Sam's club will send an email letting you know that they have already automatically renewed your membership. If they can send that email they could send you an email in advance letting you know they are going to automatically renew your membership. Especially now during these hard times. Some of us are not rich. But the Sam's people do not care about the low-income. They advertise their membership as $ 45.00. My auto-renewal was $49.70!
I called the home office. That was a joke. I've learned my lesson. I'll never buy another membership card. I will never shop at Sam's again. If you are going to shop at Sam's you need to know your prices. Most stuff at Sam's is higher priced. Including the bulk packages. But of course, if you are rich like Sam's people you don't care how much stuff costs.
Bought an $1100 pergola on February 14,2022 with an expected delivery date of February 24,2022. Received email that delivery date was moved up to February 23,2022. As of February 25,2022 no pergola and no one could give me a delivery date. Was told product was between Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA. Cancelled order and asked for refund. Was promised refund on February 25,2022 in writing via email. As of March 5,2022 still no refund. Contacted Sam's Club again... refund was not processed. March 5,2022 was promised refund within 5 - 7 business days. Will wait and see. If no refund my next visit will be to the local store. Terrible, terrible service.
I ordered $100 worth of merchandise to be delivered. They delivered it to the wrong location then said it was my fault. This is not my door. If you deliver something to the wrong address you refund it or deliver it again to the correct address. You don't blame the customer.
If I could give zero stars I would. Paying for a membership to a store that claims to have lower prices is a joke. They automatically renewed my membership which I did not authorize and trying to get the refund is near impossible. Not that I have received mine, so it may be impossible.
Very horrible service, I left wrong address and request them to cancel my order after I got a reference number I thought my order was cancelled. Three days later I got the package out for delivery email and call them again, I was informed my order would be delivered, the only way to get my money back is return, the problem is I am living 1000 mills away right now how can I get my package to return?. Very disappoint and horrible sam's customer service!
Today Monday 21,2022 my wife and i went to do groceries at Sam's around 2:00pm.
Right ater we got check out, there was a guy and a girl at the exit door, we saw both scanninng other people 2 or 3 items and let them go. So the guy when through all our groceries and endup scanning all of them, asking me question about why i moved one of the item. I feel that he did it cause im hispanic, cause there was few white people and he scan just one or two items and let them go.
Why he have to scanned all muy groceries.
Probably i will drop off my membership from Sam's.
