I ORDER 4 SHIRTS FROM ROYAURA SHIRTS 11 /27/25 AND DIDN'T RECEIVED THE PACKAGE OF 4 SHIRTS.NOW I'M WAITING FOR MY REFUNDED. WONDER HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TILL I GET MY REFUNDED?
The shirt I received is clearly misspelled. I have tried contacting Royaura as instructed, but have not heard back from anyone and have not received a refund. They also want me to pay for shipping on a product that is defective. But at your own risk.
Very obviously a con taking your money upfront that covers goods that may not exist at all... How can it take weeks to deliver from China when the norm today it less than one week? Moreover, no coms, no tracking; maybe no goods either... AVOID!
I bought two shirts (not my first purchase) but I specifically asked for cotton shirts. I paid up for them.
Neither shirt was cotton. Not even sure there was any cotton in them.
I asked to replace or refund the shirts with the product Royaura advertised and I paid for.
I was told I have to pay for shipping even though it is Royaura's mistake for mistaken advertising. Nearly $18!
I do not recommend buying from them because they do not stand behind their mistakes.
I love your Aloha shirts, but I was stunned that you refused to ship it to Hawaii -- the birthplace of the Aloha shirt. I had to ship it to a California friend, who then turned around and remailed it to me in Hawaii for an additional $16. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!
Only thing they do well is pictures. That says it all. No quality service, no trustworthy shipment, not fabric quality. Don not buy
Had to return a shirt I bought. 40% refund & I had to pay UPS. I will never order from this company again
The shirt I purchased is too large. I emailed to Royaura a request to return the shirt. I want to exchange/ purchase the shirt in a smaller size. I gave received No response to my request. Contact information for Royaura seems to be skimpy and I could not find a contact phone number nor address for the company. I will not purchase agsin from Royaura nor recommend purchasing.
What a joke, its been 29 days since my order was placed, and the order is still "in route". The tracking hasn't been updated in 6 days, and says "on it's way". Their customer service is a joke., when I reached out to them (twice) they said "it's been shipped!" Don't bother with these guys it's not worth the hassle.
If you purchase clothes. They are ether too small or too big. I have been trying for two weeks to get a refund without any success. The way the site is composed makes it very difficult to get in touch with this company. I would never purchase anything from this company again.
I RECEIVED A SHIRT BUT IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER LISTED AND THERE IS NO ANSWER AND BOX IS FULL. NO RECOURSE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS RETAILER AND WILL NOT USE AGAIN.
If this Company were to open at least one distribution center in the USA they would be great to do business with. But they do not and if you call them they do not pick up the phone, not ever. In fact you can't even leave a message because their voicemail is always full. Trying to get answers from them about an order status is like pulling teeth. Eventually they email you back but often they did not fully answer the question posed. They are friendly when they reply just not entirely effective. Their shirts are very nice looking and if they were to open a facility in the USA for distribution and have the phones actually manned they would grow their business significantly. The way they do business it would not surprise me if they are gone in a few years. I hope not but it sure feels like they can not sustain sales with a bad reputation ( BBB has them as a zero rating) for service nobody has in the past and I find it hard to believe anyone will in the future.

NO REFUND SHOWN ANYWHERE:. TOLD I WAS REFUNDED $26. THE SHIRTS WERE $88. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY

Ordered shirts in my size. They arrived, and were very nice but were way too small. I gave them to my son and ordered more 2 sizes larger. They were sent to the wrong address and sent back. Instead of rerouting to the correct address they offered a 50% refund (are they kidding) or replacement order. I still wanted the shirts so I went for the replacement order which has yet to arrive.
I did not get the shirt I wanted. The size was wrong for me. But when I explained the response was that since I made a mistake they couldn't correct it for me.
The shirt is useless to me.
Paid for shirt that I never got. Since they want 100 words in this report, all I have to say oz scam!
I ordered the Sexy Carrot shirt and loved it. However, there is a factory defect in the fabric right at the center of the chest, where it is obvious and another on the back. The dye smeared into the fabric during manufacturing, and does not wash out. I sent them photos showing the defect, but Royaura only wants to give a discount on the shirt, OR have me pay return postage to replace it. Unfortunately, not good business practice and will not buy from them again.
Your clothing is no good for United States should not be sold, and taking people money, and make people pay for postage to return back
My bank is about to force a refund since no one at your so-called company can answer the question of where this order is?
