Don't recommend to anyone
I kind of knew that the RockAuto turn signal relay (for Honda Odyssey) they had on their site might not be the OEM part given that it was about $30 cheaper than the Honda part. But all the photos they showed for the "WVE" brand part they showed were of the OEM part (e.g., with all the info on the outside), so I thought I might be getting an OEM part afterall. See photo of actual part received--clearly not the same. Why not show photos of the actual WVE part and the OEM part side by side? Anyway, it works fine, and at least it is made in Taiwan, not in China.
Careful in where you buy... If there is any sort of a problem; either wrong part or defective. The problem is Yours. Alone.

Cheaper prices are attractive but Quality is Unknown until, you have said item in hand. And then you are on your own... period.
Not only did I replace the entire brake system on my son's van because it had 340,000 miles on it and I bought all the parts from rockauto. Probably $2,000 for everything. We replaced the entire air conditioning system. Compressor evaporator condenser all the hoses everything that could go bad. We did not get one part in the mail. That was the condenser that sits in front of the radiator. Probably got a dozen boxes. Contacted them. They swore we got it. I opened a case with PayPal. RockAuto convinced me if I closed the case they would send it to me. They sent me an open box that had clearly been damaged and taped over. One of the aluminum lines had a 90° bend IN it. They knew this. And sent it to me anyways. PayPal allowed me to reopen the case. I got my money back. And I bought one out of the store for $110. Good luck people. The biggest issue will be if you have a warranty on an alternator starter something like that. You going to let your vehicle sit for 2 weeks?
I've used Rock Auto for years now, I order all my parts from here, they generally have a great selection for what you are looking for. Unless I need them right away. I see there are some now so good reviews, but I've never had any issues with my parts or service. I recommend this to anyone looking to save money on parts.
They will not honor a return because I'm told THEIR system says that the part I ordered is not for my vehicle. However this is untrue and is an updated part recommended by Ford. Do not order parts from them and expect an easy process of warranty claim. Furthermore they do not have a human being to talk to it's all automated through email. Expect long wait times. I would give them zero Stars if it was possible
What a joke. First i paid 43 for next day shipping and order form said it should arrive by 830 am but it went thru to late so then it was just supposed to show up 3 days later. Then they shipped it to a fedex in another town instead of the shipping address on the order form. A town 30 min drive yet since i need a part i have no way to drive there soa 4 hour walk to pick it up because they didnt send it to my address as i had on the order form. Now its been more then a week since i ordered. My car got towed. The part is still waiting where ever they sent it and its getting ready to be returned to them and they are saying i am basically screwed. They wont refund the original 43 shipping fee they still claim it was delivered on time despite it wasnt delivered to the correct address at all. Fedex will be charging them money to send it back to them and rock auto is charging me for the return. Wtf why they sent it to the wrong address and the shipping cost more then the part so i will be out over 100 bucks for nothing plus i lost my car because of them. Bad buisness people.!
I will buy from Amazon from now on. Rock sent the wrong parts even though the description was correct. I started the return process only to realize return shipping would be at my own expense and the parts came from 3 different warehouses and would have cost almost as much to ship back as I paid for them. I am going to eat the cost and learn my lesson. Never again Rock Auto. You will only screw me once.
Ordered lower control arm for 2009 nissan. Installed parts. Grommets broke in 3 months. Wore out new tires.
My parts shipped using FedEx, driver put part out in my yard 500 ft from my house and only 5ft off a busy county rd. No reason that they could not have been put at the house. The parts was gone by the time I got home. Rockauto said tuff luck as did FedEx. Can no long use rockauto because my parts would just disappear again! Poor customer service!

I had an excellent experience with my purchase from Rock Auto. Initially, I was quite skeptical due to the negative reviews I came across while researching. However, my doubts were quickly dispelled.
I ordered a replacement bumper for my vehicle, and to my surprise, it arrived within a day and a half, much faster than I had anticipated. What impressed me even more was that they provided me with an OEM bumper, despite no mention of it being OEM on the website.
I definitely recommend this company.

Ordered package and noticed the package was being sent to my old address. Package was returned to sender. Took forever to get refund and when I received the refund it was charged for shipping both ways. $10 refund on premium brake set. Never again!
Rock Auto (rockauto.com) has really great prices, but if you aren't sent the right parts or if you're not sent the parts at all, you'll have a heck of a time getting it straightened out! You see, they don't really have a customer service dept. What they have is a email assistance dept. which isn't very helpful unless you have plenty of time to wait for their response to your questions... like days! I ordered parts, they didn't come on the date they said it would, I emailed them and they responded that those dates are EXACT! I sent several other emails when the parts didn't come again and again! The told me to fill out a missing parts form, the next day I received an email that replacement order was being sent... another four days and they came! Then, four days later the original order came, then the next day I received an email telling me I received duplicate orders
And that I had to return one or I would be charged. If they just would have had a CSR answer a call (they can't because they have only a corp. office phone number AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER) all of this could have been settled in less than 5 minutes if they talk to customers on a phone! I
Will only use their service in the future if the item is expensive and I have plenty of time to wait! I have proof of purchase but I can't upload to my laptop right now!
I've been doing my own car repairs for years and have ordered hundreds of parts from RockAuto. While I do get some parts from local stores too, the price and selection at RockAuto is unmatched. 99.*******% of the time the parts fit perfectly and for sometimes HALF THE COST. I can only think of two times I had any problems with the parts. One time I had an actuator that was wired in reverse. And another time I had an alternator that failed after a week. But neither were RockAuto's fault. It's the fault of the manufacturer of those parts. RockAuto provides easy returns for full refund, including the cost to ship back. There is zero risk. Maybe the people leaving negative reviews either don't know how to order parts, or don't know how to fix vehicles?
I bought a pair of front springs for my car. After installation, one side of car was lower than the other! I removed them, look at my pictures. Do you see any problems?
RockAuto refused to refund my money and only wanted to replace the junk parts with junk parts. Of course, I had to pay for the return shipping costs.
Additionally, all the parts came in dirty beat up boxes. I have bought auto parts from many places, and the parts always arrived in clean packages. What I suspect is the parts were seconds or defective likely returned to the original seller. RA may have bought them up at some auction or site dedicated to clearing out old inventory.
I ordered some parts for my car, it was supposed to be delivered by the date on the receipt. Not only was it not delivered but it was returned without any notice. I called DHL, they notified me that rockauto returned the package due to my name. If you have a middle eastern name, don't bother using rockauto!
HUGE selection especially if you are into older vehicles, great prices (some things are literally half the price of their competitors). Pain free shipping but it can be expensive. Great about fixing any mistakes they make so long as they hear about it in a timely manner. Helpful customer service, easy to navigate website. Even though it's an American company, their website has an option to display prices in different currencies and it gives a shipping estimate that includes duties, taxes which hasn't been wrong for me yet (about 20-25 orders) I will only buy car parts from them.
I accidently ordered rear brakes for my Buick Century, when I should have ordered fronts. I reordered the fronts and they arrived quickly. I promptly sent back the ones I mistakenly ordered, and a credit was promptly issued, but for $26.03 less than the original order. I've no problem with them deducting the $11.03 that they said they would deduct, but they STOLE an additional $15.00 with no explanation. I will no longer be giving Rock Auto the $1500-$2000 annually for their parts. I've put up with their refusal to treat me honestly for far too long. I'll buy locally moving forward.
