Over the last few months Roblox has completely trashed the mobile version of this platform. First of all, they recently introduced a feature that limits the amount of avatars your character can save, but they put the limit on after the majority of users had created their own outfits so Roblox just took them off the saved character page. This means that the majority of most people's avatar outfits are now unavailable to access through the mobile app. Second of all, they have made the catalog into a complete disaster. They created this annoying bar of suggested accessories that stays in frame no matter where your finger is. This makes it virtually impossible to view how an accessory looks on your character because the bar automatically pops up over it. And to add more complexity, once you take the accessory off, the bar pops up again. No one asked for this, no one likes this. It used to be that the bar stayed in place and you can scroll with it just lowered, but this new update has taken that convenience away for no real reason. At this point, the developers are just doing whatever they feel like. They have made some really stupid changes to try and look more "modern" but all this ends up doing is making the app lag and hindering performance. I really hope that these developers connect and listen to their consumers and run ideas by others before just mass-producing useless features that are just annoying.

For other players bullying and when you stand up against them, you get your self banned, for e.g. I played and 2 random kids showed up and started picking on me I stood up against them and Roblox banned my whole account for a day. And most of all Roblox is changed a lot we all loved Roblox when it was new but now its a lot different and its getting boring. We need the old Roblox back and banning systems to be better.
SIDE NOTE: I am talking from my view of Roblox you might have a different opinion.

First of all the bosses do so much damage they heal instantly and all the bounty hunters make the game not fun show it should be removed entirely

Laggy, getting 10 fps after one update, ping is jumping from 50 to 5k can't run this game on pc. I joined to game called "tps ultimate soccer" yesterday everything was normal 60 fps 70 ms and today i joined to this game again and it was soo laggy + i joined to blade ball and the ping was going crazy ball was stopping in mid air then teleporting and killing me instantly this is a joke

Roblox has added a new voice chatting feature for over 16's and yet they suspend it and take that freedom of speech away from you for no reason at all. I went through all the hassle of providing ID to prove that I was old enough to use it, and after only a few times of using it i have been suspended twice for no reason whatsoever, with no date for when i will be given it back. I went to customer service for answers, as I had said nothing that would "violate their guidelines" and was frustrated when all feedback seemed like an ai generated automated responce. Yet in the lobbies i was present in, there were people flirting and harrasing other members of the lobby, and all i was doing was talking to my friend. Roblox do better.

My recent encounter with Roblox's customer service left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. The source of my discontent stemmed from an incident in which my valuable limited items were compromised and stolen from my account. Naturally, I reached out to Roblox's customer service in the hopes of resolving this issue promptly.

The first red flag in my experience was their refusal to utilize their one-time rollback feature. It was baffling, as I had never previously utilized this service and it seemed like the perfect opportunity to restore my lost items. The fact that they declined this option left me perplexed and disheartened, as it was a feature created precisely for such circumstances.

Frustrated and in need of help, I turned to the Better Business Bureau, a well-regarded avenue for addressing consumer concerns. However, my interaction with Roblox's customer service via this route was equally fruitless. Their response consisted of nothing more than a suggestion to revisit their website for customer support. This circular redirection left me without any concrete solutions or avenues for assistance.

What further added to my discontent was the shocking lack of responsiveness from Roblox. Their consistent silence to my emails was uncharacteristic of a company that typically prides itself on providing timely customer service. It seemed as though my pleas for help were falling on deaf ears, and this extended period of neglect amplified my frustration. It appeared that they were intentionally ignoring my emails, potentially to evade addressing or resolving my situation.
As the days turned into weeks, it became evident that Roblox had begun ignoring my emails, further fueling my frustration. This prolonged silence was atypical of a company that typically responds in a timely manner. It appeared as though they were intentionally sidestepping my issue, potentially to avoid addressing or resolving my situation. This additional layer of neglect only served to amplify my dismay with Roblox's customer service.
This experience has cast a dark shadow over Roblox's reputation when it comes to addressing the concerns of its users. Their refusal to make use of a feature designed to protect users from situations like mine, their unhelpful response through the Better Business Bureau, and their apparent disregard for my pleas through uncharacteristic email silence, all combined to leave me deeply disappointed and frustrated with Roblox's customer service.

Get your staff straight I cant play it because of the staff is working so hard not to keep the games going but I loves roblox so much but get your staff straight

The servers aren't the best but for some reason they pay 9,000 dollars for ONE SERVER RACK. It's still a good game tho and I recommend it, just don't open chat unless you wanna see 30,000 curse words and most of them will be from children

Roblox has taken over my sons life, I need someone here to help me, it started off pretty small, he told me he was into this game called Roblox. I looked it over, seemed nice. That was 5 years ago, now my son has locked himself inside his room, using a pile of roblox toy plastic to guard me from opening it. When he comes out (The 1 time he does a week) he carries 5 bottles of empty soda pop filled with human waste and empty bags of food and throws them away. He will not speak to me, and will not leave the house, only will play Roblox. I've tried it all, but he seems to find a way to play roblox. I tired killing the WiFi but he payed someone in robux to let him have his, so he has his own wifi source, and trying to take away his PC causes him to go into a fit of terror, where he'll scream "ROBLOX ESCAPE THE BOSSBABY RAINBOW OBBY FIGDET SPINNER" until he gets it back please someone tell me how I stop this. I've tried doing a thing I call "Good Robloxian Robux" where I give him Robux when he does good things, like come out of his room, or doesn't use more then 20+ hours of wifi a day but it only works so much please someone tell me how I can get my son back, I miss that boy, he's 25 now, and needs a job

Roblox was good when I was a kid but now that I'm older it's changed and all the limited items I owned as a child were stolen from me, Roblox won't help you at all if you lose these items without their two-factor setup which I didn't have because I only ever play on Xbox. My advice is to be careful which games you join because Roblox doesn't protect it's site at all from scammers.

So first of all, i like roblox, i have nothing against it, but the frequent problems with all of the robux, the banning, and harassment needs to be dealt with. Some of this is on the company, but the harassment is a people thing, don't blame roblox because of some scumbag trying to make people mad.

Roblox has been showing me items that I feel are sexual and when I report these items, or block the creator of the items, More continue to show up, I am not comfortable using the roblox app, its not appropriate for children at this point, first they added sexual content and sexualities, but now they begin to add satanic items, there is no way to stop the items from showing up, Satanic items are especially not appropriate, as riturals involve the following, human sacrifice, animal sacrifice, SEX RITURALS (not appropriate for children or young teenagers, both play roblox.) and there are more examples, there are also LGBTQ items on there, my cousin Teressa, killed herself after becoming a member of the community because she realised she was going through a phase in which young girls, which the community is targetting (look up the statistics.) the phase she was going through, was a phase teenage girls and children 10-17 go through where they want to act like boys. She killed herself because she realized she wanted to have children and be a girl, but she was already transitioned so she couldn't. This is a terrible thing that they are doing to children.

I was playing this game called death note, this girl named moon something i cant remember her user but it started with moon and she is probably the one that reported me for this bc i said it was her when it fr was her, she was kira but yeah, getting banned for this is stupid and annoying, roblox stop banning ppl for complete nothing, if anything the only thing there would be 'btc' but i should be getting a warning for that, like bro pls stop banning ppl for nothing roblox and kids barely use the game like i've meet 10+ ppl only and them 10+ ppl already know swear words

Some of my students told me to play this game and it's horrible. I've found out that Roblox is a game that has started to rise in popularity due to the internet. Basically inside the game, there are other tiny games to play so there are a lot of games to play. The first game I joined was called "Brookhaven". It was a horrible experience. There were people who were affectionately talking to each other inside the in-game chat. It was absolutely disgusting seeing as my students play this. And when I confronted them why typing in the little chat box at the top they called me the N-Word! But their avatar was white and I was very concerned. I reported him and he hopefully got banned. There is also a bevy of in-game purchases. They make you think you don't need to spend money by making it free. But then they give you the option to buy little things called Robux. It costs an absurd amount and I feel bad for the parents that are forced to buy this for their kids to get them to shut up. It really is a horrible website and I recommend not allowing your children or students to play this. There are some games I played that I enjoyed like one about a pizza place but that was it. If you are going to allow you're children to play this you must regulate their use and check which games they are going to play before they play it. Definitely not good and the only thing saving it from a 1-star review is the creativity. But I believe Roblox should start to regulate their games and not allow foul language like the N-word into their games. I am highly offended as a white man so I can't imagine what a black man would think about this.

Dear parents

My daughter was playing this game today and she got banned because she was "saying'' naughty words. These naughty words should NEVER come out of anyone's mouth especially my 14-15 year old precious baby girl who is in fact Christian. We go to church every Sunday and if we can even more sometimes and we pray to the lord who forgives us for all of our sinning we have done which is not very much because we are precious people who don't say naughty words like the person who HACKED my precious baby girl. This person that decided to HACK my baby girl should be put in jail for hacking her and saying those very naughty words. She was accused of saying these awful words. The person who hacked my baby girl offended many people and got MY baby girl in trouble for saying those AWFUL words. The words this person had said were slurs against black people and other slurs I can't even describe which my baby girl doesn't even know what they mean god bless her soul. God knows what's right for me and my baby girl whose dad is in jail for things that god didn't believe was his path in life. This game is BAD for kids because it is easy for them to get hacked and accused of saying naughty words.

The game was fun during 2014-2018 but after that point of was just filled with online daters and children becoming furries. Toxicity has taken over Roblox kids minds. Just not the same.
Sadly, I still play this game with friends. It's only fun with friends at this point.

Roblox is very flawed yet fun. It is fun to make games when roblox studio doesn't give you a hard time. Its also a very easy game to play. I would send a screenshot of gameplay but unfortunately wifi is down at the moment. However if you want to play it you need to create an account as guest accounts have been permanently removed. If you have enough money on your credit card you can be able to purchase the game's currency(robux) to buy a lot of cool stuff and even advertise your games and other contents.
