I made a purchase of 2x 20 CAD on a Digital Roblox gift card (https://www.roblox.com/giftcards) but DID not receive a refund after getting an email Stating: "We were unable to process your digital gift card order from Roblox"

My daughter received a gift card for Roblox for Christmas, when peeling off the foil to see the pin, the cardboard ripped off.
Because it was a Christmas gift, we do not have a receipt - I have emailed Roblox customer support looking for assistance- we have a partial pin, the gift card number, the location it was purchased and the month - Roblox support has sent the same email response to me five times. I respond to the email with the same information I sent before including pictures of the gift card, it's a cycle, no information, no assistance. There is no number to call.
My daughter loves playing Roblox which is why she asked for robucks for Christmas - how disappointing for her.
Will absolutely not be purchasing Roblox gift cards again.

A $#*! ton of lag in games across multiple devices including console and computer. I have tried playing more of the simple games here and had multiple frozen screens for just jumping

Hello there. I've been a Roblox player for around 8 years. You may be a parent or a kid reading this, but here we go... Roblox is a fun game. You can play tons of user generated games such as slap battles, brookhaven, you name it. But if you send even an emoji which is quote-unquote "inappropriate" then Roblox will hit you with a warning. Nothing crazy right? Wrong. Join back in that same server, say something completely normal, then instantly get banned for a day. That is what happened to me. I reached out to customer support, told them in full detail what happened, but they said they couldn't do anything because I did not own the account. I literally put the email as my personal email that I used for 2FA, but I guess that is not enough proof? They then stated that my ban was correct and they will not be making any justifications. Not only was it their fault that I got banned, they are saying that it is my fault for sending a normal emoji like the happy face. Outrageous.

Okay so I was playing flag wars and a team won against us I said know fair then some random jerk says oh its a stupid 10 year old so I'm like man why u assuming things bout me and he continues to make mean comments about me I get angry back then another dude decides it would be cool to join the bullying I'm like shoosh u immature teens then I report them then they report me and I end up being ban for a day

Not sure who's in charge of the Roblox Support Team but they're doing a terrible job at it. All they do is send copy and pasted responses to you. I've been trying to access an old roblox account but they won't even read my entire message then they'll send me some old message saying I need to show proof when I ask for an alternative way I get no help. Making sure to stop playing this platform and stop spending ANY money on here if this is how I'll be treated. So much for a "valuable customer".

I believe that Roblox needs better security because there are always hackers on that website and some people just purchase the app so they can hack other peoples accounts. Roblox can be helpful when you're bored. I made this review because of the security system and how it can be good when you are bored.

So you can let people have 18+ avatars let people make fun of me for my dead mom swearing and racist things but me just not liking furrys gets me banned you cant just ban anyone but not anyone at the same time stop being so Protective of furrys to the point i can get harrased and bullied without you doing anything about it so if your moderation was good it would be 5 stars THINK ROBLOX

I got baned for someone being mean to me for NO reason and me saying basterd when the should of just not let you type it because they do it with everthing else myself and i also have a little bit of angre ishuse. SO I GOT BANED FOR ANGER ISHUSE. So dont play if you get mad quike.

Terrible $#*! updates never works and i keep having to factory reset my ENTIRE computer and delete ALL of my files just to fix it. ROBLOX PLAYERS ARE BETTER AT FIXING $#*!TY ISSUES THEN THE ACTUAL PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THE COMPANY. Its WAY to laggy i can play cod and war thunder and have BETTER CONNECTION AND MORE FPS. Roblox is a very fun game for young kids to play and for even older people to create content and meet new friends, Even though there are sometimes when people are mean and don't understand that not everyone is like them so they just mess around trying to get a reaction, this is the main reason why I am giving Roblox 4 stars.

Customer service has been a complete joke, I ordered some gift cards and have only been trying to verify that they are activated through Roblox customer support. It has been 10 days of cyclical conversations, as if they have amnesia and don't remember the question, they've made me jump through numerous hoops, proof of purchase, scratching off the backs to give them the pin numbers, multiple photos sent of said gift cards, and the last email was that they can't read the PDF of my proof of purchase and I must send it in a JPEG... CAN'T READ PDFS?! Total clown show and more training is warranted... They've also glazed over my complaints that their customer service has been terrible... 10 days now and I still don't know if these gift cards are activated because they can't seem to figure out how to do their jobs. I'm beside myself with amazement...

My daughter got locked out of her account. We spent hundreds over the years on gift cards. Contacted customer service. After multiple automatic responses they said they would do nothing to help us and locked us out of even contacting them about the situation further. Horrible telling my 11 year old that she no longer had an account with over $100 credit on her account.

It's impossible to delete an account, especially when you bought some stuff. They are thieves and scammers! Be careful! I changed my card (I had another CVV code) and they stole my money again. You can't cancel transactions. It's impossible to do it in your account. This button doesn't exist. Service is awful!

Bro just add offline mode, its not fair when i cant play roblox without internet or if I am outside. Like I cant play roblox without connecting to public wifi and for gods sake just add it because there's like phones such as iPhone 8 or iPhone 10 and it connects to wifi easily and can play roblox BUT I FU$KING HAVE A IPHONE 14 AND I DONT HAVE WIFI OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE I HATE YOU GO F^UCK YOURSELF
