Recently I was on my account playing Roblox. I got logged out as I was playing, opened the game to log back into my account and my information was changed. Someone hacked me and changed my email AND password. This meaning I cannot get into the account because I do not have access to the email the account is under anymore. I reached out to Roblox by submitting a support form and they absolutely are unhelpful. They have emailed me back with the same thing. "We can't help you any further until we verify the ownership of the account. By doing so you must submit a support form with the ticket number and the email associated with the account." This is so unhelpful, as I have already said I can't access the email to the account anymore. I offered to prove to them it was me by giving the the old email and password (which was mine before I was hacked), payment transaction IDs, Roblox receipts from when I purchased Robux, and the emails I have received from Roblox 2-Step Verification with my username on it, and they still won't help and except anything else besides the email. I called them, and they sent me straight to voicemail. I cannot get someone to pick up the phone so I can actually talk to them. It is a horrible customer support system and not secure enough if I had 2-Step Verification and they still let someone hack my account.

I'm convinced that the entire roblox support team and roblox itself gives 0 care about their player base, why have options to send feedback if you aren't even gonna consider. Not to mention the long waits for ANY roblox support email, you guys ban for no reason, get mad when somebody sends email proof of somebody breaking the rules by using ingame names to bypass or other stuff. "explaining" how the report button does work, and no. No it doesn't i'm sorry but everyone in the community agrees about the lack of care in the support system and that none of you listen to your player base. It's a multi trillion company and yet you can't keep your site up, have good moderation etc, and let's not forget the meepcity incident. You say you value childrens safety yet ive seen kids as young as 6 on voice chat, ive seen so many dating games on roblox, gambling and almost every game on the front page is a cash grab. Roblox is supposed to promote creativity but any actual good games get swept under the rug. I know this comment won't do anything since again, you guys just don't care but if there is even the slightest chance it does speak some sense. May it be.

This app allows <13year olds to delete an email address so you can no longer recover the account once something goes wrong. Kids spend their $ on this app but will not support parents to retrieve an account when there is no email address. They should not be able to alter the settings when the account is registered to a child!

They are essentially stealing from kids who are devastated when something goes wrong. I have the password but the account demanded a reset which I could not complete 🤬🤯

There websites states they will help when no email address but this is incorrect.

This is one of my best games I have ever played but I keep getting banned for no reason and shows that I got banned for spamming and abuse item is "pls" please unban me so I can play this game peacefully again

It is an amazing game platform that lets you connect with others and create games. Not only do you get to make games but play as well.

Anyone can report you for anything and they kick you from your experience without warning to make you re-agree to the terms and conditions. Pathetic

I was kicked out of Roblox for camping when I could not move I find this to be a mistake and I don't know if anyone should play if you get kicked out anyways.

I was playing a game right this dumb a## game on roblox named blox fruit was taking all my fruits and and robux.I paid for a fruit on this dumb a$@ game and took it back and kick me off. Me Personally thinks that roblox is dumb. People be on the game and be joking around about Give it us a really good fruit like dragon and then leaving the game me personally I think this game can make a kid feel type of way and k$@ Themselves.

ROBLOX do not give a fudge about their users' safety, they ignore reports and support tickets. The community cares about the website more than the actual company, which constantly release terrible, game breaking "updates".
The moderation is so bad in fact, that condos are more frequent then actual games.

This game should be removed from the kinds! It should be illegal to play it! Terrible horror games, blood, shootings… strangers texting kids. Almost impossible to block! Do not allow your kids to play!

The worst game ever. Customer service is pretty much non existent.
If you have more than 1 account good luck putting bucks on different accounts. This game should be banned
And destroyed. You are ruining. Relationships with families. All my child does is bet for roblox 24/7. We argue about the game all the time. You are tearing families apart. We hate your greedy game. My child gets teased constantly because we are to poor to buy roblox. I've been a very very long player of Roblox and I've been on the platform since I was in 3rd grade, over a decade ago. I'm not going to mention my username anywhere here but today, I pondered on whether I would ever let my kids play this game now that I'm an adult. I would be lying if I said I didn't have a good time on this platform and I truly did, however, I can't recommend this game to anyone anymore, let alone children. They used to care about the players and community base, I know that as their game grew, moderation needed to be outsourced and made effective at the cost of quality but they straight up just don't care anymore. Ever since they raised the price floor of items sold using tickets before removing it outright, I was pretty upset but as an adult now, I understand that they were trying to monetize the game more under the veil of rewarding creators with more(shirts and pants creators at the time while ignore BC members being able to just copy clothes), enforce users to think of more sound decisions when purchasing, and it was also to uphold the quality and numbers of servers they could operate. Well, fast forward 7 more years, they've got the money now, the staff, the quality servers, and hires, and look at what they've become now. This is a game that's abandoned all of itself; what made Roblox actually Roblox to many of its OG users, and while I understand that the new must come at the cost of the old, the quality doesn't even follow where it should in a lot of important aspects. Just look at their Roblox support team and efforts, still the same copy-and-paste message over and over again. Look at their moderation efforts, if you don't know what rule 34 is, it best not to look it up, especially in tandem with the search term, "Roblox". Those games still exist and ironically, a lot of those fetish games have better quality than the crappy cash grab games that a lot of small to big companies that do joint events and ventures on Roblox (making promo games)make nowadays. It's actually hilarious! I'm very sad at how the game became, a soulless, money-focused, metaverse wannabe MMO.

Its a game where you play other games customize your avatar make friends and play really fun games! You can even make your own with riblox studio

They charged me and extra 400 for a private server when I only purchased 1 so total they charged me was 800 robux I been asking the developer and the roblox support to give me a refund because I know for a fact I didn't purchase 2 server but they are taking so long and not replying to my emails I sent so don't waste your hard earning money into this stupid gay as game $#*! roblox and all those dumb as creators and supporters yall trash as can't help for $#*!

Roblox keep banning me for no reason, like spamm WHEN I WAS JUST WRITTING FAST WHAT THE HELL, and it doesnt even want to check did i spamm or not, roblox banns are so stupid

So one day I was playing hide and seek extreme and someone thought it would be funny to throw insults at me for absolutely no reason! They were super mean like calling me "attention seeker" when all I was doing was constantly calling people noobs the entire time. It really is an unfair and toxic place in Roblox. Hopefully, David Brazilian fixes these issues ASAP
