I appreciate how clear and simple the process is described on your website I also like the fact that I'm not paying anything until my carrier is assigned. Another plus is that I can pay the full amount without having to shuffle money to a relative or have them pay. It seems very professional. Had a little trouble scheduling with the driver but once he picked up the car it was delivered on time and in great shape.

Buyer beware, quoted price of $771. Then price jumped to over $1,000 due to the fact that it was a larger truck. Be advised I used there quote calculator to figure the cost and entered the correct vehicle. Then when driver went to pick up the vehicle he said the vehicle had a lift. The vehicle was a stock pickup. Then the driver said it would cost an additional $150. Come to find out my vehicle was the last to pick up and would have to ship on the top anyway. Contacted roadrunner on all issues and got no help. Basically told me that if I didn't like to find another shipper.

Gives me peace of mind that I don't have to drive Chicago to Detroit in February weather or fly to Chicago in the first place. Cost in travel and my time makes this basically a wash on expense.

For the most part, I am happy with the service. The only comment/criticism I would have is that it would have been nice to have more communication from either the driver or Roadrunner on the delivery status. I was having my car transported during inclement weather, so I knew delivery would be delayed. But I had to keep calling every day, and sometimes multiple times each day to find out when delivery was expected.
I had my car shipped from Virginia and it arrived ahead of schedule! I will definitely use Roadrunner for all my major shipping needs!
