Excellent Service for a cross country auto transport.
Dealing with Roadrunner it self was simple and no hassles. The driver was on time, easy to stay in contact with, but there one small issue with him. But overall, getting our vehicle back was easier than going up there in the snow to drive it back. Somewhere during transport, someone threw crushed tomatoes and peppers on the vehicle, I called customer service and they were willing to help if I couldn't remove it, majority came off with first wash with no damage, but I will work to get the rest.
Very easy to book with no hassels have to wait on shipment to see how well it is delivered bad experience with last company!

I booked automobile transport on line for $645. A few days later they called and said they couldn't do it for less than $745. The night before pickup at 6:00pm, they said they couldn't do it for less than $845! I cancelled pickup and drove the car myself! Thank Goodness I didn't have plane reservations! I will never book them again and suggest everyone books elsewhere!
Had some issues with the website freezing up and I hope my card was not ran twice...but other than that it is good so far.

The car arrived on the day they promised and it was in good condition.
My only problem was regarding communication. The woman who I talked to about when the car would arrive told me I would get a phone call two to three hours before the car would arrive. I called in once in the morning, and then in the early afternoon. There was still nothing they could tell me about the time, but she said again, I would have notice. A few minutes later, the guy called and said he was in my town and he would arrive in 20 minutes! So that was a problem. I am just glad I was at home.
