Everything was as stated. The driver was prompt and the price was fair.
My vehicle delivery was delayed by over a week due to the driver's truck having mechanical issues. Although the driver was apologetic, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and way the situation was handled.
Full pay option 3% fee does not mention that it is for CC use ( that is fine), they need to be clearer about the fee...
The 2 guys that picked up the car kept us informed about their arrival, arrived at the beginning of the window, loaded the car and were very courteous. The informed my daughter that they were running late and when she told them she would not be home on Jan 2, they delivered the car early on New Year's Day. Again, very courteous. I would definitely use them again and recommend them...

Excellent overall transaction from my inquiries to ship my Bronco from Seattle to HESPERIA Ca. They told me who would be picking up and delivering. Time of pickup and delivery was right on. In fact she was delivered ahead of my expectations. The driver kept contact the whole trip. Very nice and professional Experience for me for being the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle. In your terms and conditions it states countless times how roadrunner isn't liable for anything, ever, anywhere. But on your webpage on the top you advertise that your reliable, licensed and INSURED. This contradiction seems deceptive. I,m very worried... Would've been nice had the driver spoke english.
You have an excellent Website. The delivery to my cousin was complete. His only complaint was that he had to take delivery at 3:00 am of his vehicle in the snow in Pennsylvania.

It was aweful did not receive my car when I was supposed to. Driver or company never contacted us on delivery. Police were involved when car was delivered. I will never use this company again.

Quick response for my quote and followed up with me about my shipment. My vehicle arrived damage free and the whole experience was very pleasant.
It was a little nerve wracking making connection with the dispatcher. That was the only tense part. The call to my home stated something like: if you don't call back within x-hours your appointment will be cancelled. Well I just happened to be home to receive that call, but what if were at work where I ordinarily would be? Would I have lost out? As far as the broker, Zack, he was very helpful, accessible, and informative; and I very much liked the drivers Ridgehauler Transport who actually moved the truck. I would definitely use Roadrunner again. Thank you.
