The car made it within an acceptable timeline to the desired location with no issues with pickup, transport or drop off.

It was however irritating that after booking an expensive shipping, I received absolutely no contact from Road runner. No confirmation, no booking number, and I had to call multiple times to make sure they got my order and it was being processed.

Shipping service was satisfactory but the customer service and communication was disappointing and sub-par.

First, they quoted me one price for a delivery from Idaho to Florida and after confirming the price through emails and phone calls, they raised the price an additional $150. Secondly, I was told that my car would be picked up on March 17 or 18 and was told it was in fact picked up. Thirdly I found out a week later they did not pick up the car from the person who had the car, not even from roadrunner. They had 2 trucks go out to pick up the car and both drivers could not get the car on the truck after the truck drivers flooded the car. The third driver showed up in the middle of the night wearing a flashlight on his head and was trying to take the car. The neighbors thought it was being robbed. After a week of no confirmation of the status of my delivery, I finally got hold of them and was told my car (a 1966 mustang - a real classic) was definitely picked up and would take 7 - 10 days to delivery, again another week longer than the original time frame of 3 - 5 days. When my car arrived, they had trouble getting it off the transporter and the two men were arguing on how to operate their truck. I was then told that I had to pay $50 more than I was told my balance was. This whole ordeal was not very professional and I would not recommend them.

Easy online process.I really needed to have my auto picked up the day before I scheduled my move. I thought everything was confirmed. However, there was no driver until three days after my move out of state; just after a new buyer took possession of my house. I was now in another state and concerned that the scheduled driver would have difficulty obtaining my vehicle which was left unsecured so that it could be transported. I could not reach anyone in your company at the time. I would have appreciated an email or phone contact.
However, the driver who finally got my car was very helpful and pleasant.
