I was quoted one price the night I contacted the company. I waited almost a week (it was over July 4th weekend so I was trying to be understanding) before I called the company as no one contacted me for a pickup. I was then told it was going to cost more money. OK, they would get back to me. I waited another 48 hours and placed another call as no one called me. The young lady put me on hold, spoke to the dispatcher, and told me it would cost another $100! R U kidding me? I told her I guess I had no choice, I had waited almost two weeks for the delivery to be arranged, OK. But, if I didn't hear from someone within 12 hours they could forget it. Later on that afternoon I got a call from the trucker who was in front of my house, looking for the car. I wasn't home, and an e-mail had been forwarded to me, but I hadn't received it, so the trucker's call was a complete surprise. He was able to pick up the car, because a friend was on call if necessary, but I wasn't very happy with the lack of correspondence on your end. If I hadn't called, I'm not sure anyone would have gotten back to me. The trucker told me he had only been engaged 3 hours prior to him showing up at my house, but was polite and business like, picked up the car and delivered it without any problems. Overall, the job was completed satisfactorily, but I was not happy with the lack of follow through on your company's end.

Lack of communication during the whole transaction. I couldn't get in touch with my rep to discuss the transaction.I kept getting emails about my quote after it was already booked. I couldn't get any tracking information on the website. The delivery required a cash settlement. But the delivery was made as scheduled so all went well. I guess there is a need for services like yours that portray that you are the company but you just connect independent drivers and the goods.

99 percent dissatisfied. The car did arrive with no damage. Everything else regarding the transaction was a disaster. You baited me with an artificially low estimate. You significantly increased the price after you had my credit card information. You initially removed more from my account than I authorized. I had to argue with Melissa in order to get my money returned. Melissa lied to me saying that you were only making $43.00 on the transaction. Total cost $1095.00, Trucking company received $900.00. Your profit $195.00. You subcontracted to a less than reputable firm who continually added delays causing a 10 day delivery to take 19 days. I would not recommend you or your contractor to anyone. I have filed reports to both the Better Business Bureau and Angie's list.

I had a horrible experience. I was harassed at the beginning to sign with your company, and then when I did finally, they told me I had a driver with the wrong pick up date and wrong drop off date. When I called I was told that they would be in touch about a new driver. No calls. I finally called and 4 separate times was told "we're working on it" but still no driver. The morning I was supposed to leave, the driver arrived AFTER I had already left so I had to leave my keys with someone else to insure it's pick up. Then the driver called me and announced that "someone told him he could drop the car off a day early." Don't know who that someone was, but it certainly wasn't me. No one was there to receive the car. After battling with the driver, finally we agreed to a new time to drop it off. Horrible experience. I will never use your company again and I will gladly steer people away from you.
