Road Runner has been quick to respond to my initial inquiry and my questions.
Easy to understand all questions has been answered. I'm very happy and very satisfied on their service they pick up my car on the day I wanted and they give me accurate estimate of delivery actually 1 day early of delivery and they will contact you for any changes in schedule ahead. I rate them A+ they pick up and drop off on base door to door that's amazing. Thumbs up actually I'll already recommended to all my friends specially military friends cause it's very convenient for us in picking and drop off door to door. This is the only car transport that I've been very happy. Keep up the good work. This is the only car transport that I can trust, reliable and honest.

Quick and easy to setup transport. Lack of communication to get truck dropped off at destination which was a business and had specific hours. Finally did get done.

Ok so far...
Battery was dead on arrival and my alignment was messed up.
Had to spend 250 dollars to fix the issue.
The people at road runner were very helpful and contacted me frequently unfortunately the carrier was delayed 1 day due to vehicle breakdown. I would use them again though if i needed.
So far so good! The best price I could find! The driver was very nice and kept me updated on my order.

Everything worked out well - vehicle was picked up and delivered on time and promptly, respectively. However, I did notice a missing tire valve cover and I need to look at the pictures I took prior to the vehicle being picked up to determine whether or not it was missing before or after my vehicle was picked up. If the tire valve cover was on there prior to my vehicle being picked up, then it was either lost or stolen during the trip across the country, for which, I believe RoadRunner would have to compensate me for the replacement. I will contact Roadrunner, after I look at the photos I took, since I just received my belongings that were shipped from California.

There was $1,039 in road damage to the car! I sent the driver pictures of the damage to the driver side windshield pilar, he claimed a piece of wood fell off another truck when he was in Florida.
This was easy and super user friendly.
Not happy that the option of paying upfront also chargers me an extra 3% ($50) after you offered me a discount ($25) for filling online. Not much of a discount and not a happy customer
