The driver was good too
Good price. Anxiety caused by the lack of a driver until the last minute. Had to leave my car at a hotel because I had to fly out of state. Car arrived safely with no damage.
Delivered as promised, on time, and picked up the phone every time I called. Couldn't ask for more.
It was great. Will use again if I ever move out of state.

On time and in excellent conduction
I needed my car transported from Augusta, GA to Bronx, NY. I was very skeptical as I never used a service like this before. Excellent service with only two minor opportunities for improvement. 1) the pickup time was delayed by one week. 2) the online tracking wasn't updated fast enough.
Other than that my car was brought over safe and in tact. The price was a little hefty but well worth it! You get what you pay for. I have recommended this company to other family members. Will definitely use again!

My car was unable to be picked up on the date scheduled, and I was not informed of a time/date for it to be picked up on the date it was scheduled or thereafter. I was forced to do my own google search to find a number for the shipping company as all of my emails and calls to roadrunner went unanswered. You need to set up an emergency or after hours (e.g., weekend) phone number to talk to a live person as you are allowing pickups on the weekend. I did not know what time or even a time window for my car pickup. It was just all around horrible customer service on your part. No one ever called me back or followed up. On the shipping part, once the car was finally picked up, it wasn't delivered for several days after my scheduled date. I will point out, that once I was able to contact the driver, he immediately informed me that the car would not be picked up or delivered timely due to issues with his truck/transporter. He said he tried having the car rescheduled with another car shipping company but no one at RoadRunner would respond with an alternative to his shipping company and therefore, I was left to wait for him to have his truck fixed.
