On June 6th I booked from Wantagh, NY going to Portland, Or. I was leaving on July 28 and needed by car on the 29th. My car was to be picked up on July 19, but was picked up on the 26th. It was supposed to be delivered on July 29 but was delivered on August 1. I was 3 days without a car which I wouldn't mind but I booked so far in advance I felt that I shouldn't have had to wait. The car was delivered in perfect condition but the back and forth phone calls were a pain in the neck.

Tyler has been awesome to work with so far, he is patient and very educated on the entire process which has made it much easier for me during this process.
Used them before and it was perfect but this last time there some setbacks that ended up costing me money. There were too many delays even though I had explained the condition of the vehicle in exact details on my original request.
