I must say that I was extremely impressed with RoadrunnerAutoTransport. I called about 24 hours in advance of moving from NYC to Miami when another company failed me. Chris, the dispatcher, arranged to have my car picked up within hours of the night before I had to fly the next morning. The drivers who picked my car up were very helpful, friendly and efficient and my car was actually delivered a day earlier than expected. I would strongly recommend RiadRunnerAutoTransport. Generally, I had a good experience, however my car was dropped at a place 5 hours closer from the original destination and I was told I would get a $100. Credit which I have not received. I have repeatedly tried contacting Nick Raymundo and left messages for him to call me and he has not returned my call. I would appreciate the $100.
