My vehicle was five days late. I couldn't reach anyone on the phone most of the time. I did call the day it was due, someone answered, saying she would have someone get back to me but never did. I ended up driving to the facility in CA just so I could ask where my car was and when would it arrive. I was told that the problem was with the train transportation. But the problem is also with communication. Many people asked me if I was getting a discount or refund which I did not ask for. I was just glad to finally receive my car.
Would like to have had a simple way to tie two cars on same quote. The on-line tracking system did not work. Phone calls produced the best results and, even then, information was not passed to the company actually doing the trucking. There is a "48 hour window" from the promised pickup time. We had left town by the time the cars were picked up so we needed to "hide the keys" for the driver which was a bit uncomfortable. Recommend asking LOTS of questions before scheduling your pickup and delivery days. Overall...I would use this service again. They moved our cars clear across the country for the promised price. Just know that the pickup and delivery days can be quite variable...
I'm Ok with your services
The hardest part was booking the car. If you've never done this before (like me), be prepared with lots of patience and flexibility to meet the drivet's schedule. Once That was done, everything went very smoothly.
The booking was smooth. But once the carrier was assigned, there was no communication between the dispatch and the carrier, so I could not get updates while my car was delayed. The car was delivered in same condition it was picked up in.
I called, I ordered, vehicle was picked up at the requested date. Delivery was a bit sooner than I expected (which was just fine with me) off load went well. Driver was paid.
Overall experience was very, very good. If I need auto transport again, I will call Road Runner Transport.

Simple and easy process
Planning had a few oopsies from both me and the company, but it all worked out. The driver was courteous, can careful. My car arrived just as promised and I would use this company again.

Quick and easy to use cheaper then other comparable services.
It went smoothly for the most part. Car was scheduled for a Monday pickup that actually occurred on a Thursday night. I had to call your company multiple times to determine if I still had an order and if so when I might hear from the transporter. It would be helpful to customers if a proactive approach was taken. I would suggest you contact customers to confirm the order 1 to 2 weeks in advance and then stay in touch with customers to set appropriate expectations. The driver was very helpful and polite. Communication not good. I had to call many times. There were problems due to the hurricanes so I grant some slack. One of my vehicles must have been used as the gas gauge had dropped to reserve from about a Quarter. I had not noted mileage so cant be that certain and based on the original position loaded to delivery position I can understand that they had to resort for order of delivery. Steering and some areas of interior unnecessarily dirtied by gloves or dirty hands. My other vehicles was OK
