It's been convenient and carrier has been responsive. The only thing I would say they could do better is that, when you give the pick up driver a request for a head's up call to a specific number, that the delivery driver call the number he/she was given.

You guys took prohibitively long tonassign a driver and confirm pickup so I took the business to Montway.

Service was professional, timely, an overall pleasant experience that saved me a lot of time and money. Would use them again without hesitation.

There were some initial contact delays, but once connected with the driver, everything went smooth! Good service.

Poor driver customer service. I had to bribe him with an additional $100 to not leave my car because he said it was in a tough location for his 70' semi. He never mentioned that prior to arriving. I felt like he was holding my car hostage so I had to bribe him. He continued to verify that I was paying him the additional $100 as he hauled my car across country. It made me feel like he was going to abandon it if I did not pay.

Process is simple. Website worked perfectly for the order. Tracking however was not updated in a timely fashion. Driver delivered the car more than 24 hours later than he indicated when he called. When the delivery truck arrived in San Jose, the driver called and asked me to pick it up at a location where he was making another delivery.

This was our first time using a shipping service. We were very nervous about doing this, but Billy Lynch was been great about keeping in contact with us. The entire process proceeded smoothly and we received our vehicle in the time expected. Great experience! We highly recommend! Our delivery guy was great. We were worried about him being able to get to our rural house. He got here just fine and we had no problems at all!

The vehicle I shipped was delivered a day earlier than originally stated. It was not damaged.

Effortless, best price, all good - plain and simple

Never performed. Have yet to receive refund. Unable to provide driver at contracted price. Ended up going with another carrier at higher price.

Communication could have been better. Both from Roadrunner prior to the pick up and during the delivery from the trucker. At one point he told me that he would be here on Friday evening and when he didn't show I called only to learn he was still 2 states over, forgot to let me know.

Got my car. Customer support was terrible
