When I received the car in Florida it was on the bottom rack. The driver said that it had been on top which I paid for but said he had to move it. The car was covered with road grime so I am not so sure how long it was on top if at all.

Fabulous transport. This is the second time in two years that we used roadrunner. Our vehicle was delivered to us in perfect condition both times. I'm very grateful for them.
Not good
Rather easy. Not a bad experience. Was a little worried that we would have a driver the weekend we selected but luckily we had one. Car arrived just fine.
The car came in ok. The person who I set the transport up with was great. Girl I spoke in the office the day before delivery was just ok. Left message for the owner to call me. Never received a call. All in all everything worked out good. Thanks

Unfortunately we have later found a small ding on the hood of the car. It was hidden by a bunch of dirt picked up on the road. I'm not really sure there's anything you all can do about that but thought I should let you know

Unimpressive at best, despite good service from the carrier. Very slow to arrange carrier initially. Asked for a premium to original quote to arrange something sooner. No online tracking.
My experience was satisfactory, My pick up car was a couple days outside the window oringinally given to me.
Overall good experience. Driver was very polite and patient when picking up car with my elderly mother. Was a little disappointed with the fact that the guy showed up a few days late, as I scheduled the pickup for Saturday when my brother was there. He came the following Wednesday. He delivered car to me ok on Thursday, which worked out okay.
I booked with roadrunner on the 2nd of october and received a call from a helpful Eric on the 3rd to confirm. I was told my vehicle would be picked up and shipped out in a couple of days but no more than a week. I see that on my reservation that it was scheduled to be picked up on the 10th of october and delivered the 17th of october. My car was picked up 3 days late so it was picked up on the 13th of october and didn't arrive until late the 19th of october. The driver changed the the delivery drop off a couple of times. Lastly there was a moderate dent in my hood that looked like it was covered up. It was just messy and unorganized.
